This bad review is solely for Shanya, the extremely rude and unpleasant cashier I had the displeasure of being served by. She took our order without saying a word and showed how irritated she was to be working the entire time. After she took our order, she shut the register without giving me my change or receipt and didnt tell me what she was doing. We stood there for several moments until her coworker realized we were still waiting for our change and receipt. The same coworker called her back to the register where Shanya proceeded to mumble under her breath and speak about us negatively. When we told her she was unprofessional, she then started mouthing off more until a coworker told her to stop. Then as we went to get our drinks, she began talking about us again. When we asked her if there was a problem, she proceeded to mouth off even more and was again told to stop by her coworker. We requested a bag and took our order home to eat instead. Shanya, you dont need to be serving the public, you shouldnt be working with people period, you have no people skills and are very low class and cofrontational. The mistake was yours, yoyd service was terribke. Was i suposed to walk away without my change? Your attitude is appalling. Corporate offices are closed right now, but they will be contacted. And Shanya, you will be the topic of discussion.

I remember when they first built this burger king and the service and the food was excellent. 5 stars back years ago. but as time moved forward at this location in Brookhaven the service became unbelievable and incompetent to take your order. it seems they cant make a proper burger without the mayonnaise or ketchup dripping all over the place and it becomes a complete mess. This location in Brookhaven is lousy compared to other locations that Ive experienced.

Not quite par for a Burger King. Most of the time, my hamburger (usually a Whopper) is very sloppily assembled - chunky lettuce falling out one side while half the cheese is out another side, while still the beef patty is edging out still another side. Always a mess. Once I restore the sandwich to edible form, it is a par hamburger. I seldom get any other item. Sometimes fries, which, when warm (about half the time) are good.

They got our takeout order completely wrong. Charged us for double cheese on both burgers (which is what we ordered). One had no cheese and the other had one slice. They got all the condiments wrong. Then of course the phone number on the receipt, which is same number listed on line, rang and rang like 20 times, then told you to put in an access code or something. I will NEVER go to this Burger King again.

Come on folks its a Burger King. All you need to do is show up and you get the genuine Burger King experience. Whether thats good or bad is a whole different issue. Either you like Burger King or you dont.

mixed feelings... Not expecting a 5 star dining experience but one day they were flat out rude it was awful. Another day they were wonderful so friendly. I guess you have to catch them on the right day.

Took 20 min to get food. Then they didnt have what I ordered, asked could we takw a croissant instead of biscuit. Was supposed to be bacon they gave us sausage. Had to take it back. Very disorganized.
