I absolutely love this place. Its always clean. The staff is friendly and prompt. There is always enough staff. I know the owner on a first name basis and hes a great guy who seems dedicated to the customer experience and quality. The selection is great, and even the non-pizza items are great. The Pizza though? Its fantastic. Im a pretty simple guy when it comes to pizza and usually get a personal pepperoni with fries. You get a ton of fries. It usually come to around $12. That is a little pricey, but most of the time I have a couple peices and plenty of fries leftover. As with all real pizza places, the pizza is good reheated, provided you bake it in the oven. The food is always cooked fresh and is also very quick. I usually go in without calling ahead (which you can do, and I recommend you do), order, and have my food in 10-15 minutes, even if they are busy. You should keep in mind that this place does not deliver, as well as the little bit of extra cost (including the absurd price for fountain soda). This place is great. If youre in the area and are choosing between this place, Rosies, and Papa Joes then Dolce Vita wins unquestionably.

Met my husband and son for lunch the other day on their lunch break. Only ordered a couple cheesesteaks which took over half hour by the time we received them my husband and son had already left as it took up their whole lunch break. Place was not busy nobody even came to the table to explain what was going on until the cashier could see we were visibly upset. The whole time the young manager was there casually talking with a customer not once did he approach our table or offer any resolution to compensate us. I worked as a Assistant Manager in a restaurant there is NO way I would ever let my customer sit like that nor would I ever let them leave so dissatisfied with their experience without trying to offer some type of compensation. The place is a little more expensive than most and one would expect way better customer service. I will never go back simply for the poor customer service that I experienced.

I was so dissapointed in our subs! I ordered 2 American subs just substituting provolone cheese for the American cheese! When my husband brought them home, there was no provolone cheese lettuce tomatoes or onion! They were so blah! I called thinking they would give us our next subs free! No, all I got was an excuse that it was a new girl taking our order! We could bring them back! It takes 15 to get there and we were starved! I understand the new girl part, but not the way they handled it!! We order from them all the time and expected so much more!

I was born and raised in NYC. Dolce Vita Pizzaria is just as good if not better than any number of pizza joints that I have eaten at when it comes to the food. The atmosphere on the other hand, along with the customer service, is far superior to pretty much all the NY spots I have been to. I dont get the commenter who had concerns about the so-called "immigrant feel. Man, get over yourself. Look back in your history far enough and you will find that your people were probably immigrants. As long as the food is good who cares.

My husband particularly doesnt like this place but we were going to the grocery store and I was craving fettuccine alfredo. Well the best way I can explain how it looked was if you took some cooked pasta at home and poured milk all over it. The sauce wasnt thick at all and the dish had no taste at all. Since my husband didnt like it to begin with it would take alot for me to come back and try an updated version of their fettuccine Alfredo.

This is good food and pizza but it is just a pizza joint. It is not a fancy restaurant. It is in southern Lancaster County. I have eaten there many times and I like it for what it is. One review said that he thought that the staff were illegals but there is not an accent in the place. So go figure.

Dolce Vita consistently delivers great food in a family friendly setting at a great price. The staff are friendly and the seating area is always very clean. If youre in the Quarryville, Buck, Willow Street, or Strasburg area you cannot beat Dolce Vita for the quality and value.

Great food, good prices and the right size for subs , almost all other places serve a much smaller size sub at a much higher price.Have been going here many years.Pizza is great and the subs are good and full.Highly recommend this to anyone!!

Hannah was very accommodating as I had a gift certificate that was apparently old but she was persistent in checking with management to have the card honored. The chicken salad I ordered was delicious and a generous portion.

Great pizza & calzones! I love the tomato sauce and pizza dough! Restaurant is always very clean and staff and extremely friendly. I wish they delivered, but their location is very convenient.

I thought the food was excellent, but the staff had a immigrant feeling to them. It seemed like they werent from America. I might just be paranoid but I think they were illegal. Just sayn.

Dolce Vita-always the best pizza and wings w/honey mustard sauce. We frequent them on friday nights and always have a great dining experience. The staff is always pleasant and helpful.

Pizza was ok. They need to learn how to make a grinder. I asked for the sub to be toasted and the bread was toasted too much and the lunch meat was cold and cheese not melted.

My wife and I just moved to the area and were having a hard time finding good pizza....until we found Dolce Vita. Great pizza just how we like it.

Gotta love it when they have what looked like exterminators spraying chemicals on the floors and under tables while people are in there eating....
