While it has a few tables for eat-in diners, this is primarily a take-out establishment. To get a picture, its just like any Chinese take-away in NY or Philly. Which means no surprises. But the vegetables are fresh and crisp and the meats lean and tender. Food is decent and plenty of it, price is good, you can see the cooking, and your order is ready in about 15 min after you call. Take it home and watch football.

After arriving home and opening the wet bag, I felt the chicken smelled and tasted funny. I couldnt stomach the food so I called only to find that id have to drive back so they could make me another gross meal. Not worth my time or $ again. The enviroment was unplesant while I waited the man was yelling the whole time, and no sweet and sour sauce was put into my bag either. Plain awful!

Peking was recommended to us a few years ago and we have been going back since. I have never seen it dirty, it is always clean when i have seen it. The food has always been very good, very hot and theres leftovers too!!! Its a small restaurant, most people take out. The food is cooked up fresh, the staff there is friendly. Im eating my take out as i type this. ☺

Worst Chinese food ever. I ordered a simple chicken dish with fried rice. I saw that the rice was precooked and already placed in containers to go and sitting out. Never bothered to heat up. Chicken dish was all noodles and no chicken. The restaurant is at best dirty. I tried to eat some of the food then ended up throwing it out. DO NOT EAT HERE.

Me and my sister from Lancaster PA came to this town to visit our aunt Sally and bought Chinese food from this place. The fried rice was hot and fresh, and the spare ribs were packed with flavor. The workers are very friendly and spirited. The food is on par with mount peppers Sichuan cuisine. I reccomend this place. Great bang for your buck ^-^

Just had General Tsos lunch special. If youve got a hankering for some good chinese, dont bother hitting this place up. Better off sticking with a hot sub from a pizza place or even Subway. Didnt appear like I caught them on an off-day either. Just plain bad.

The place was always filthy as are a lot of Chinese places. Dont know how health inspectors allow them to stay open. An owner of the place was killed in the bathroom by the Chinese mafia back around 1992. Kinda creepy..

You cant go wrong with Peking. The food is always great, and the restaurant itself has been a Quarryville staple for many years. Theyre often open when others places arent.

Everything in the place was dirty and the restroom smelled like a musty barn. Soup had the same flavor as water. And stir fried rice was rewarmed from another night.

Looks a little shady but Quarryville is to lazy to drive 30 minutes to the next Chinese restraunt so we settle for Peking.

Prices are cheap, food is tasty. Other than that kinda dirty, bad rumors, can make you sick, and average service.

The people writing bad reviews are employees of other food places. This place is good.
