The worst, slowest, and most inconsiderate establishment. This restaurant has no respect for a patrons time, money, or effort they go through to dine here. The 1/3 filled restaurant = a 1 hour and 15 minute wait for food. Are you kidding me? We only ordered a side salad and sweet potato fries, sandwich, tacos, and cheese fries. Party of 4. After an hour of waiting, I asked the waitress how long more until the food was ready. The waitress said, you came in after we got sooooo busy. And it would take no longer than ANOTHER 15 minutes. 30 minutes to wait for food is long in a BUSY restaurant. This only had 1/3 of the restaurant full. The bar had a few people, but even less that ordered food. So to wait 1 hour then another 15 minutes on top of that is insane. We almost left but our host who brought us to the restaurant wanted to sit and talk and did not feel like finding another place to dine. What made it worse is the cheese fries was cold by the time it made it to the table, the chips that came with the sandwich was stale, and the tacos lacked flavor. I cant even believe the waitress didnt have the common courtesy to let us know the wait would be over an hour for food. Mind you, we were there at 530p. EARLY!!! Too early for this big rush she claimed they had. Supremely disappointed. Will not return and believe they should have offered something other than a lame, half-hearted apology. What a waste of time and money.

Ordered chicken pretzel sandwich and 21 wins and waited almost 40 minutes. Asked for cup of soup of the day and I was handed check and paid without being thank for my patronage or long wait. Had to ask waitress, after several minutes of additional waiting, if I am still waiting for my cup of soup of the day or is it in my bags since she never told me either way,and she said "yup....it is being warmed up" & again she just walked away saying noting. Also saw one bartender sneeze openly, behind the bar, and just start tapping others beers from behind the bar....Thank good she east my server cause I would have made a scene and left without paying or taking my order. Got to say, after eating here for several years, I am done with the lack of simple common respect and lack of manners on behalf of the employees.... This will be my last meal/ visit to The Smoke Haus..... I truly hope things change there and soon....

If I could rate any lower I would, the food was awesome but the service was absolutely terrible. Took our waitress about 10 minutes to get our appetizer order after walking past our table 3 times, keep in mind there was one other couple here and 2 people at the bar... wing night started at 5pm, we got here at 4:45, took until 5:20 for a new waitress to come over to get our order. Food was awesome but I dont think we will be back because who wants to wait 35 minutes to place an order....

Disappointed! Had reservations for a party of 11. Everyone got their meal but 4 of them didnt get theirs until rest of party was done eating. They were never talked to by waitress to know what was going on. When asked by another party if the ladies who had to wait to get their food would have to pay full price, no manager came out to talk to us and they did end up paying full price! We also all had to pay the gratuity tip! Good food but worst service ever!

4:30 pm No hostess, went to 2 bars, asked to be seated, redirected to the hostess stand. 5 min latter someone took us to a table. 30 minutes latter a waitress asked if we were seated by a hostess. Then brought us menus. She took the order promptly, then after seeing her twice over the next hour we paid for the 2 beers and left. Really!! I saw no less than 6 servers and only one table with food.

Biker bar...Good tasting food with reasonable prices, some of the best pork BBQ Ive ever had!...charming outside settings, bands on weekends...service can get overwhelming but they are mostly on the ball... if the patio n bars are too crowded, Just sit out on the wall...Bikers from all areas gravitate to this place!...Bike only parking in rear!

Ate here for lunch during a ride with about 16 of us. Very large place with multiple seating areas and bars. Would like to come back during the summer and hear a band and sit on their outdoor patio area. Lots on the menu but my suggestion would be to add a few more healthy options as 4 of us are dieting and salad was our only choice.

Its always a great place to eat, I like that there are two separate areas for the guests that want to eat and quite dinner and the guests that want to throw and few back while talking loudly. The only down side is the wait for food. Its hit or miss which is to be expected when it is packed. Overall good experience with good staff.

Its a very cool location with many beer on tap. They have a neat outdoor area as well. Since its mostly barbeque that they serve you can tell its smoked well in advance. Sometimes we have had better food than others but overall its a nice place to grab some food.

Great restaurant/bar in the area. Good food, people. Excellent Hogg wings to go with the Good prices for the food and beer. need a beer look on the wall for the entire list. Very friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend if your in the area.

Biker friendly bar, we stop here occasionally... never had any complaints. Lots of room to park, if you enjoy bikers and a lively outdoors atmosphere then youll like it ;) If youre the preppy snooty type...lol...Id pock another place ;)

The service was incredibly slow. Two of The Waitresses/ Bartenders were more interested in arguing about the other customers than helping the ones who needed help. A couple with us wanted to order food but were so disgusted we all left.

This is a Must stop wether heading East or West on route 422. The areas best smoke flavors, wether a burger, ribs, brisket or pulled pork. They have a variety of options on their menu. Many items are beer batter with quality beer.

Excellent comfort food, lots of smoked items, live bands, great service, fyi- seems like a lot of bikers come here. But you cant beat the tasty food! Dog friendly and you can eat outdoors in a very nice environment!

Brisket was very tender, fresh cut fries cooked perfect. Bar tender was the only person working and the service was still amazing and we were outside. You have to try this place at least once.

Great service, and even better food. Get the wings. Smoked wings? Thats gonna work. Definitely recommend. They even turned off Fox News. (I guess some crazy Fox fan got a hold of the remote)

Good food and large portions. Prices are fair too. Live music and special weekly events like country line dancing on Sundays. The kitchen and service tends to be slow so plan accordingly

Another biker friendly joint. Good food, music and big supporters of the military. Very comfortable atmosphere. Would definitely go back. Prices were reasonable.
