A refreshingly different kind of "food market" and experience, M&K offers all natural prepared foods and excellent beverages in bottles that you can buy to carry home for a great meal, or take into the adjoining bright room, hung with art by local artists, to eat there on premises. There are also books for sale by local authors, including Karens (of the M&K "K") mother, well-known author Judy Light Ayyildizs book, "Forty Thorns," a novel/memoir of her late Turkish mother-in-law, and several books by local writer Elizabeth. T. Greer. A very pleasant atmosphere with modern, healthful foods.

Wonderfully delicious prepared foods! Plenty of healthy choices from sandwiches, salads, noodle bowls, quiche, and dessert. A little pricier than average but very worth it. You can tell the food was prepared with the freshest of ingredients. Staff is very nice and helpful.
