I love Golden Krust. But NOT this one. ALL of the employees here have nasty attitudes. They surely act like they do not want to be there. They act like because youre there its a bother to them. And it definitely shows on their face. If you dont want to be there then you should not be there. Your job is to serve the customer. I have gone there one time before and I asked for fried chicken and the chicken was very very small and almost no meat. I was not satisfied but I was very hungry so I ate it. And did not complain. But today I went there. And I ordered the fried chicken again this time they had lots of meat there. The employee that was serving my food I did not see a name tag on her shirt. But she had a red shirt. She must have been the manager because the rest of the employees had blue shirts on. And she looked pregnant. But anyway when I asked her a question she did not look me in my face she just turned away and answered me so I barely could hear her. And then she proceeded to ask me what I want but I wasnt sure I wanted to buy it because I was not sure of the prices, being that the price varies with the size you order, so she continued to ask what I want and begin to fill up my plate so I had to ask her again how much and then she told me the price. I specifically told her that I wanted my chicken chopped up and to put oxtail gravy. So she grabbed my chicken and went to the corner or to the back. I wasnt sure because I couldnt see her. Then she came back and then I moved up to the cash register because there were other customers after me. So she came and she wrapped my food and then I paid I asked her did she put the gravy on my food and she just shook her head yes and I said "oh great because I didnt see you". I paid for my food she put my things in a bag and I left when I got into my vehicle I looked at my food and 1. My chicken was not Chopped. There was a slight cut on it. Like she just barely cut it. And then number 2, there was no gravy at all on my rice or my chicken. So by now Im pretty much fed up and I will never spend my money at Golden Krust #2 ever again.

Horrible customer service. I ordered a small curry goat for dinner and while eating in the restaurant I found a piece of hair in my cabbage. I went to the register and asked to speak with the manager, one woman responded "whats the problem". I told her there was a hair in my food, she had another woman come over and examine the hair and they both told me it was a piece of the onion. I told them onion does not look like hair, and I never seen that in my food after years cooking with onions and ordering food with onions. The other woman behind the counter responded "so what you want us to do, the food is almost done". I told her I would have finished it then I found a hair, she then interrupted me and said "so you want a refund". I said yes a refund would be the right thing to do. She then kissed her teeth and walked towards the back, the other woman then went to the computer and said she didnt know how to process the refund. I told her if its too much trouble I can call my bank, she sighed and said "Its fine" as if she was annoyed and kept tapping her finger on the computer. I then left the restaurant and called my bank for them to resolve the issue. Never again will I visit this Golden Krust they have the worst customer service and food preparation habits.

The only reason why Im giving this place five stars is so that everyone can see I came there I brought food and in my food I found a Chiquita banana sticker cooked inside of my plant and I came back and asked the manager for a refund because I had to drive all the way back and to replace my plate and she gave me a problem for $5 I would never ever eat from this restaurant again and I would not recommend anyone to eat from there because of the bad customer service she would not even let me speak to a manager and she gave me a serious attitude about something that I didnt even do something that the company should have compensated me for having to drive all the way back and she didnt even want to give me a refund she just wanted to replace the food and I told her no that was unacceptable she needed to replace the food and return the money since I had to come all the way back the worst service Ive ever received this is why I do not like eating from Jamaican restaurants or even black owned restaurants

I do not recommend this place unless you like being disrespected. If I could rate this place zero stars I would. The woman here is extremely rude. I was being attended by a gentleman who I had asked to cut my beef patty in half so I can share it with my son. He didnt seem to mind and as he went to cut it the lady that works there told him twice (with an attitude) not to because i can cut it myself with a plastic knife. She said it twice because the first time she said something about it he was still going to do it. She made a big deal out of nothing. The lady lacks customer service and should watch how she speaks about the customers. First and last time coming here. Wont be back.

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I took a friend of mine here to experience Island qusine for the very first time, what a mistake. The food was not cooked well and certainly not up to Golden Krust standards. The plantains were very stiff. The rice was burnt. The meat was over seasoned. When I went to explain to the worker how the food was bad, the young man argued with me and refused to make things right, after I spent almost $30. I would not wish this place on my worse enemy. STAY AWAY unless you want to be DISRESPECTED and treated like a child if the food is bad that day. THEY REALLY DONT CARE - THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY.

The food is great but sadly the service and the hit or miss of running out of food is disappointing. It is not a good experience when you come for an item during the middle of the day, regardless of the day of the week, and they are out of a particular item with no intentions of preparing more. When you get that craving and this location does not have it and allow a customer to leave is no good. The staff does not even suggest another item even after you let them know you are going to their competitor. It is a shame that this location lack marketing skills to keep a customer..

I had my boyfriend come to this location to order me patty and coco bread with rice and peas & fried plantains and a pineapple ginger soda. I LOVE THEIR FOOD BY THE WAY. But unfortunately when he got there they didnt have any of what I wanted. The worker wasnt even sure of what they had there. I love Golden Krust but I was extremely disappointed. I plan on ordering from the Coral Springs location from now on.
