First, the product. They sell ice cream. Its good ice cream. Good selection of mix-ins, toppings, cones, etc. Theres also a selection of ice cream cakes/cupcakes, but that can be hit or miss depending on the day. Now, the staff: Some members of our party are allergic to nuts. Every time we go in, they are more than happy to clean the equipment and use clean mixing slabs. While there is still a chance of cross-contamination, in the ice cream itself, those steps reduce the risk substantially.

Ever been here at Cold Stone Creamery? If you havent, you really have to get here. Do you like snicker bars? How about Strawberry ice cream? Or Vanilla? Alright, mix them together. DONT KNOCK IT! Try it instead! This place is really cool (get it- ice cream), remember being a kid at the soda fountain as you mixed the flavors and some tasted good. As I am allergic to nuts and coconut I have to be careful what I eat. There ice cream scoops are not cleaned after each scoop and many flavors was mixed in with other flavors. I was disappointed because the place was clean and welcoming. If you have no allergy enjoy but if you have allergies stay away.

Felt like we were an inconvenience to the staff. Out of town and pregnant, just craving ice cream. Would be rich if I had a dollar for Everytime the two girls rolled there eyes at my husband and I we would be rich....

I love being able to pick my own additions to my ice cream. The fact that additions are not kept frozen is a huge plus for me. Hate frozen chips or candies.

They have good, expensive ice cream, but they dont ever have pretzels, caramel and peanut butter for my chocolate ice cream.
