Siempre desde mucho tiempo atrás he comprado en el publix de sky lake de un tiempo a ésta parte noto que disminuye por día el ánimo de comprar en él...es increíble la disminución de calidad de organización de productos y cómo mucho del personal están hablando por teléfono y lo menos que hacen es orientar y rellenar las diferentes líneas si queda uno o dos productos en vez de ir buscar más sencillamente vigilan a los supervisores y ponen para delante los que quedan para que parezca está surtido y se ha comprobado que en almacén hay más, la presentación y calidad de comida elaborada deja mucho que desear, da pena con los precios tan elevados que tiene todo allí encima baja calidad... Qué sucede en ése tan lindo, limpio y eficiente personal que existía en ése mercado no soy racista y creo que todos somos iguales pero mucho del personal que labora allí no entiende que no es Haití y que el cliente exige porque paga, no vamos a que nos regalen y tengan derecho a dar lo peor de sus costumbres, hay excepciones como en cualquier lugar pero tristemente son las menos en comparación con la gran mayoría que parece va a conversar y trabajar mal a un centro de trabajo que necesita lo mejor de cada cual...sería muy bueno que estuvieran atentos porque hoy día voy allí por no tener alternativas..espero, con toda sinceridad hagan lo que les corresponde a Uds los representantes de establecimientos que siempre han sido tan prestigiosos...perdonen y gracias por dar la oportunidad de mostrar la cara que Uds no ven..

Ever since I can remember shopping with my mom I always enjoyed shopping at publix. But never have I met a worker like Carla, shes so sweet. I did a last minute run to get my husband a birthday cake, nothing to crazy. I wanted a small chocolate cake the $9.99 thats usually on the display by the bakery, unfortunately there were none. I finally found a small chocolate cake for $8.99 it was buttercream icing but that was fine I was in hurry. I asked one of the bakers to put his name on it for me and she asked me what color did I want, I told her it was a man and give me something manly like blue. Horrible choice since chocolate and blue never mix but I couldnt be picky since like I mentioned before, I was in a hurry! But Sweet old Carla grabbed the cake and asked me to describe my husband she wanted to feel his personality..? Thats different !, 2 mins later behold she put the writings on chocolate candies and it was so gorgeous!! My husband loved it, it didnt even look like a $8.99 cake. She really didnt have to do that and it warmed my heart that she did it for me! I will always ask for her at the bakery!

Estuve 20 minutos esperando por un subway, no tenían las carnes listas y La Senorita Jazzy no fue capas de decirme q no había disponibilidad y que tenía q esperar, solo estuve viendo como pasaban las personas que estaban después que mi. Soy clienta hace cerca de 3 años y es verdaderamente frustrante ver cómo la tienda va en decadencia y se aleja de un buen servicio al cliente.

Es la peor atencion en el servicio de wester union ya que si uno llama la informacion tienne que ser precisa y no a medias, no dan solucion de nada y ademas los funcioarios que prestan su atención dicen que no tienen nada que ver con ellos, lo otro se les recuerda que uno es el cliente y ellos estan para prestar un servicio.

The 4 rating is because the staff here isnt happy. The only person that said good morning was an African American young lady named Ada. My reply was wow you are the only representation of excellent service here this morning because you said good morning! And my friend with me said thank you for speaking. And she said you are welcome, have a great day. It really concern me when the staff seem to be working with an attitude, it speaks of the morale of the manager, with whom we past 2 managers that didnt speak. Happy employees Happy customers is something I have learned throughout life. Have a great day!

I usually have a good shopping experience at this location and congrats to all of those who take pride in their work. However, this evening I went to cashier #4 Tuesday, September 20, 2016...and she thought it more important to ignore me completely as she laughed and joked around with a personal friend. I then grabbed my items and went to the next available cashier. He pleasantly asked me how I was, as expected (cashier 6) and told him I would be better if his coworker would do her job and told him of my negative experience. I hope management reads this and takes some corrective action.

This is a very busy Publix, even late at night. So I dont understand why the produce is sub-par. Or why their Butterball turkey rolls made me sick and had a rubbery, tasteless texture. . The ice cream case hasnt worked properly for years...most containers of ice cream covered with frost. Its as if Publix dumps old food which didnt sell at other stores into this store. I also shop at the Publix on West Ave in Miami Beach. No comparison. The quality of product at the Beach store is top notch. So I buy no meat or produce at this Publix, only groceries.

this is a horrible place the lady at custumer service was very rude and i go to this store a lot. THe lady has in previous occasions INSULTED my father who is in his 60s and this visit has sealed it for me, i guess ill go to the publix in Surfside, the deliberately and rudely told me to shut up when i asked for the manager. She was extremely rude her name i believe is Elizabeth. NEVER GOING AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and anyone who has rateed this a 5 star place works for them!

Está muy sucio el lugar y donde preparan la comida no cuidan la limpieza y no lavan los intrumentos para servir la comida y usan la misma cuchara para servirlo todo es una pena como ese publix a caído en calidad gracias

Ive been shopping at this store since before they opened at their current location. They do not keep sales items in stock, always running out., especially coffee creamer. Their deli section always runs out of regular fried chicken but they seem to have an abundance of spicy. Weve complained before to management but nothing changes. Their deli staff is also very slow.

The staff can be really nasty depending on the shift. I wonder if management is mean to the deli staff because some of them are so bitter. I tried ordering online and they seem to hate online customers - they made me wait, defeating the whole purpose of online ordering. This Publix needs some competition and maybe things will improve.

I gave it a three just because I like Publix but I dont care for the Skylake Publix the prices are a little higher and you dont get the quality service as you do and others. And the meats are never as fresh as other Publix that I visit nor are the people in the meat department the friendliest.

They are super slow and lazy at the deli! My wife finished her grocery shopping and they only served one person. They need to pay their staff more money or fire them. Great sandwiches but terrible service. Dont waste your time. Trust me. I hope they read this post and improve their service.
