I have eaten at this location 20 times with my young kids in the last 6 months. We have always had fast, great service, and good food. Until today...I was in a hurry so I tried something different and phoned in an order to take to my childs school and have lunch with her at school. When I got there 20 minutes later the order had not been started, but in all fairness it was during the busy noon lunch hour, so I waited patiently for another few minutes as the cashier checked on the order and said they were working on it. Fast forward 20 more minutes of me standing there they gave me the wrong order and then discovered they had lost my order. Well, a young guy named Chris (Christian?) stepped up and made the whole order quickly and apologetically. The manager was apologetic and even gave us a free meal for next time. Every restaurant will have busy times where a customers order will get misplaced or something similar. How they deal with those mishaps says a lot about them. These guys handled it well and earned my continued business by how they dealt with the frustrating situation.

This location on 6671 W. Indiantown Rd. Jupiter is running with bad management.Every time I have to order bread they dont have or I have to order three days prior.Every time we have lunch they make the portions smaller and smaller for the price you pay.Every time I call they are not polite.My son went to get his birthday pastry and instead they offer drink, because not knowing what excuse they had.We are not going anymore in this particular location, compare with other locations, where we go and get pastry and bread with no problems and no call three days ahead to order!

I have breakfast and coffee at this location at least 4 to 5 times a week, as well as occasional lunch and dinner. The food and coffee is consistently excellent and fresh. The staff is well trained, polite, attentive and helpful. There always seems to be several, layers of management on duty overseeing operations. The facility is well maintained and frequently upgraded and renovated. I can see by the large number of locals I frequently see at the Cafe, that many people agree with my opinion. I coined a term for the atmosphere...PANERADISE!

I ordered deliver from Panera for the first time today. The manager called to check if I wanted anything in my iced coffee as it is usually self serve - I felt like this was very thoughtful, personal service. Upon delivery, I received part of the wrong order and did not receive part of my correct order. I wasnt worried, mistakes happen.The staff was very friendly and promptly brought the correct items to me. They even threw in a free cookie. Very nice, very quick. I was extremely impressed with their kindness and quick service.

Too inconsistent. Certain sandwiches are decent but some are just laughable. I got just a turkey sandwich, literally 1 thin slice of turkey (practically falling out of the side of the sandwich) with a cold cup of soup. Service is some of the worst I have seen. No direction or sense of management in the place. Frequently get the orders wrong, no personality, lack of caring...It feels like I am bothering them sometimes. I go the one on PGA and its usually a much better experience there, too bad this is the one close to me.

We like Panera Bread ...today not so much. Stopped for coffee and pastries...I bought a Cobblestone muffin and my husband got a bear claw. The muffin was either over baked or stale. The inside was dry and top was so hard I could not eat it. The bear claw was a lot smaller than what is usually sold. I hope the pastries are not going to start shrinking. Disappointing visit.

Terribly mismanaged. Apparently the employees taking orders at the register have to also answer the phone for take out orders and then fill the orders while the line gets longer even though the phone call cuts in line. Also, they have to leave the register to cook bagels or retrieve a pastry while the line gets longer. Ok wifi but not enough electrical outlets.

Very slow, poor customer service. I have used their Rapid Order system 3 times in 3 weeks, even ordering at 11 am for a noon pick-up not ready. I will be a avoiding this location in the future. You need an hour or more just to stand in line, wait for you food. If youve got that much time, go to a smaller better quality shop.

If you go to panera just remember, you arent the only person in the world. The lines get long and thats not the stores fault its because people go crazy. For a bunch of high schoolers the staff does incredible. Great kids. Also if you get a messed up order call them and they actually try to help you.

Extremely irritated because Im sick and ordered from here because its usually my go to. My panini has barely anything on it and is completely burned on one side and the fruit I paid extra for was instead replaced with a rock hard baguette that I cant eat because my throat is so irritated and swollen.

Food is always good. Staff is always awesome. A little annoyied at my visit today tho. I had to wait in line twice. After i fot my food at the counter, i asked for butter. The young lady said they have it at the front so i had to wait in line AGAIN with food in hand foe butter... Usually 5

Disappointed again! They never make anything right. They constantly forget key ingredients. Ordered French onion soup they forgot the cheese and croutons. They never fill up the soup cups usually only half way filled! This place sucks 100% so not worth the money!!

I called for an order to go, they placed me on hold and said itd be a few minutes... Perfectly fine. After the hold timer timed out, it continued to ring... They picked up and hung up on me.. Then refused to answer when I called back. Way to keep it classy.

The kids working here are not attentive to how this store should work. Delayed order taking, no pager for notification of food being ready, no call over the pa. No napkins with the food. Large quantity of dirty tables to choose from. Food is good though.

We went here a few months ago for lunch. Service and wait time was decent, we werent in a rush nor hurry. The Caesar Salad was good, but the Grilled Cheese was even better. Note: If your in a hurry, they have an app to order food, skip the wait and line.

A lot of bad kids from Jupiter work here, clearly dont do background checks at this location. Cashiers were rude and unorganized. Id recommend corporate get in here and do some work. Ill be taking my business to the okeechobee paneraa bread!

This Panera is very clean, and staff are very attentive. The staff were friendly and were always finding ways to be helpful. My salad was delicious, and in addition, this place has easy fast ordering machines so you can skip the line.

Too small portions for soup. They really need to co sider that whe you order a bread bowl to go. That it needs to be in the bigger cup and not the small one. You get more bang for you buck if you went elsewhere. Lkke Mr. Gyros.
