Please teach the employees who bag how to bag. Ive been shopping publix since the 60s. Also worked for them twice in the last 40 plus years. We were taught how to put groceries in bags. I use the cloth publix bags and also to cold bag. Never in the.past 2 years have they put the cold food in the cold bag. And today the eggs were on the bottom of the bagged groceries Im not look ing for freebies. Just customer service.

Stopped while on vacation needed snack and to gas up. The staff was friendly very helpful and ready to assist. We had odd request ask if they could wash our grapes. Without hesitation, they went above and beyond placed the clean grapes in a bowl and provided us with napkins for our trip. Who does this anymore. Excellent staff from customer service, produce dept to checkout, PUBLIX thats who.

Of the local Publixs in my area this is my least favorite. I find the staff to be very personable, but the loss of a star comes from the overall experience. The parking lot is awful between the slanted parking, one directional lots, bizarre in and outs, and the semi truck vendors that block lanes in the front of the store is cause for frustration.

This is my local Publix and I know most of the wonderful people who work there, most everyone is pleasant but theres always those employees that just seem like they dont want to be there (as with any other establishment) I love the Chasewood Publix and I love coupons and great deals!

They are always friendly. This place gets busy during the day and the parking lot doesnt have the best layout. I recommend going first thing in the mornings when they open at 7 am. The pharmacy has a drive thru which is very convenient.

I stopped in to pick up lunch for me and my daughter. I got a pasta salad that tasted just like pasta, no liquid or oil, and a salad that was absolutely rancid. The tomatoes and mozzarella were both bad, its was awful.

This is a nice publix. Staff is very helpful. Deli food is always delicious. Usually not hard to find parking. Store is always clean.
