This Publix, in my opinion, is the BEST! The hispanic manager that works in the back is soooo nice! All the staff there are wonderful. I mean theyre always polite and helpful. The pharmacists are great as well. Every time I go there theres never a dull moment. Theyre all funny and happy. And they really do make "Shopping A Pleasure" lol. I dont know about everyone else, but I do know that the staff is always there. I have a habit of not asking for help when I need it and its like they see Im walking around looking lost. They dont continue doing what theyre doing, they ask me anyways. And even if my answer is no, I go right back to them for help because they offered and made me feel comfortable. I wish I can remember all of their names but then again I dont want to single some of them out when I havent experienced other staff members. Ive been to a lot of Publix where Ive had countless great experiences. But I can honestly say, in my opinion once again, the Publix at Coconut Creek Plaza is the best and Im comfortable there. Thank you guys! BTW this is the first time ever writing a review...

These people are racist as hell! These positive comments are being posted by store employees. They do not like to serve African Americans or latino customers @ the deli counter before White customers, They will let you stand there for 10 min without speaking to you no matter how many times you say excuse me, but the 1st white customer to come up they will serve regardless if you were standing there before them. The only woman wgo treats everybody equally is a heavy set black woman with glasses. She is the sweetest person ive ever encountered at Publix. I have complained numerous times about the other employees & NOTHING has been done about this. Message to my Black people: Spend your money where you are appreciated! Not tolerated!

Well first time there since I moved here form up north. Have to say what is the definition of insanity ? Waiting 30 minutes on the deli line to get one pound of ham ..insane ,one person working 12 people on line and a lady behind the counter getting a order ready for pick up I guess, stating will be with you shortly ..i guess nobody explained what that word means in publix ..is that the same as a country boy telling you it a up the road a piece ? GUESS I will have to find anothet supermarket from now on ...just a heads up publix , dont have 1 person working the deli section and three managers up front talking

During my visit the staff/associates where friendly, how ever I did not find some items: Lily White products (flour) Publix brand gallon juice was limited Lastly I needed to cash but the limit prevented me I was $5.00 over this made my visit almost unessential. The icing on the cake was was for my birthday I wanted to purchase cupcakes the price for the 6 cupcakes could have been $2.00 lesser...thank to my nephew who bought me one of my favorite Publix cakes "strawberry shortcake"! Normally I have no problems with this store. Tonight I went to get a few things including a package with two Publix green Ribeyes, which are on sale. These were cut pretty thin, at the same time a worker was straighting out the counter, so I asked him if there was any way I could get two that were thicker, his reply to me was no thats all we got. I thought he was joking. The guy was about 55" with dark hair and dark glasses. I didnt get his name I just shook my head and walked away. Does Publix have limited amounts of meat thats on sale, or was this plain laziness ?. Thank you, Jody Rivers.

The people giving reviews here must be the ones who work there. How else could this store have 4+ stars. The deli is the slowest deli ever. Workers drudge around with no enthusiasm or emotion. I tried calling in to place an order and was placed immediately on hold with no acknowledgment. I had to call customer service, let them know what just happened to get connected with the deli. Worker morale must be nonexistent there because there is no joy. They barely even acknowledge there is a customer waiting to be served. Horrible!

The deli is gross and dirty. From the worst employees who are slow and rude. And not only that it is as if they being interrupted by customers. And the scales are disgusting. Please address this issue. I am officially done ever stepping foot in this dump. Nasty crass cahiers. Just a slob of a grocery store. Jan 03 at 9pm. Its disgusting to the max.

Very relaxing, the one item I needed that was empty on shelf, was gladly retrieved from the back by an associate. The one thing was a little shocked by was when I worked for Publix years, was suggested to do; however my front end clerk, didnt offer to help to unload my cart(Im not lazy, just thought that was a big thing with Publix at one time.

Slow at registers. Never have enough people working , deli takes forever , produce is always bad. Salad horrible , peppers horrible .... always !!! It gets very frustrating when Im in a rush and I have to spend 10 min trying to pick 1 decent green pepper . Steady slacking on quality .

Average night at the store, I wanted a sub sandwich but with only one person preparing sandwiches after two different 5-7 minute tries. I took my other purchases through a almost no wait 10 items lane and left.

20 minutes on a line of 3 people including myself, only 1 person tending the Deli he was super SLOW and when I finally get called "they dont have any chicken nuggets its gonna be 15 minutes wait"

Overall a really clean publix, they due cater to elderly people with drive up loading area. 4 stars because the deli, check out and parking lot moves to slow because of elderly.
