If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I visited when they first opened, several months ago, and the employee who was there didnt even get up from her laptop until Id been standing at the register for a couple of minutes. She sauntered over and glared at me for making me get up from whatever she was doing on her computer. That time, I ordered a coffee and a croissant and received a pre-packaged croissant, which would be fine if I werent paying over $3 for it. Today I decided to give them another chance, and the employee on duty was friendlier, but she had a call with the IRS on speaker and was constantly distracted by that. "Im about to get my tax refund," she explained to me. Great. Take care of that on your time. My egg sandwich was not good. My cappuccino was. I wont be back.

Ive been coming here for a few months usually a couple of times a week when Im in the area, and Ive always had a good experience--fast, friendly, importantly...the coffee is actually good, and reasonably priced. There are plenty of coffee shops in this area, and Sage is definitely a worthy contender. But, what pushed me over the top into writing a review was the excellent customer service I had this afternoon. Their GM was just so incredibly pleasant to talk with, and even told me a few "secrets" as far as how to order coffee--in general, not just at sage--is concerned. Its a minor thing, but, when you have a lot of options to choose from, it makes my decision easy when I meet someone who seems to genuinely love what they do, where they work, and the customers they serve. You should go here.

Great service :) the workers smiled and offered great choices when I didnt know what to pick. The place was super clean and the kitchen was in perfect shape! Great place in the back to study too if youre a student :) I found my new nook and its right around the corner!
