Disappointed and Angry. Weve gotten sandwiches here a few times and this is the 2nd and last time theyve messed up our order. Not good enough food and overpriced to take another chance. Also, there are reviews on here from when it was Olivias Bagels, for some reason they must have transfered over when they switched owners. The 1st time they charged us for everything but did not give us everything we ordered. When we called they seemed to have a nonchalant attitude but told us they would credit my account somehow so they would have record of it next time I ordered. Which never happened. This time, they only wrote down that I wanted 2 sanwiches instead of 3. (Even though I repeated my order to her about 4 times just to make sure she got it.) I called and once again a careless nonchalant attitude. The food and service was much better when it was owned by Olivias Bagels. You got what you paid for, they didnt skimp on the product or mess up the orders. I hope they get it together over there. The only good thing is the inside decor looks much better than before.

So I went to Olivias the other day with my mom...and we were inside and my mom knew what i wanted...so we got to the counter and my mom ordered...i got a txt message and got my phone out...the girl behind the counter made a few snide remarks about how I needed to now check my phone because I got a message...she said I wasnt able to pay attention to my order (eventhough we had already ordered)...then she continued on about how my "generation" needed to get over all this technology...annoying to say the least...to top it all off, b/c she was complaining so much about my txt she got our order completely wrong!!! She then wouldnt fix it...NEVER AGAIN!!! Oh how I miss North Jersey bagel places...

I dont typically write reviews, but this place is the exception! If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered two bagel breakfast sandwiches, and I have been waiting over 30 minutes for them. They say theyre "swamped" but there has not been more than 3 people in line. I dont know how the food is yet, but hopefully Ill be able to taste it before dinner...also, all of the employees are arguing in the kitchen, making it very awkward. Coming here was a terrible decision. I am going to edit my review a bit - the food was VERY good, but I still wouldnt go back, based on the wait time and customer service.

Stopped by Township Bagel Cafe today. Extremely disappointed. Virtually no bagels on their shelfs to choose from including Plain. I was informed that the bagels were shipped from their Westmont location early in the morning and no baking was done on the premises. In essence, when they sellout at 10 am on a Sunday morning you are out of luck. I would avoid this place like the plague. I prefer Bagel establishments that bake at their location and have a good selection. Man do I miss Einstein Bagels.

A friend introduced me to Olivias Bagels some time back. I finally got there the other day to pick up something to go and to buy some bagels. We used to drive to Cherry Hill and beyond but not any more- this place makes very good bagels, nice texture with that chewy bite theyre supposed to have. They make cream cheese mixes that are really good also I found the staff to be helpful and pleasant. Cant speak for the bagel sandwiches but my friend loves them.

I came on a Sunday morning. Wasnt really Busy at all. I ordered a few of the infamous rainbow bagels and a French toast bagel which was pretty tasty. I got a blueberry bagel which did not have any hints of blueberry at all! it tasted so plain. I also got some coffee which was OK. The people working there are young and seem very uninterested in their job. It doesnt make me want to come back anytime soon. I think enthusiasm in the work place means A LOT.

Great spot. I got a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel here that comes with hash browns and it was really good. Great customer service as well. Its hard to find a good bagel spot in south jersey. Sometimes I go to Rys bagels, but these guys are just as good quality-wise.

Staff was really friendly and amazing, they all seem to enjoy their job. Also, the food was great! Ordered a bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel, and everything was cooked amazingly! Really recommend that you try this place out

I dont care how good be food is...no one in the kitchen uses gloves at all! I watched them make many bagels with cream cheese, meat, etc, touching everything and with no gloves on! Very gross
