This place was a good surprise, I am really picky when it comes of Indian food. This place cooks and serves in a healthier version. The concept of buffet here is little different here. The buffet includes here 4-5 curries like chicken tikka, dal, malai kofta, chicken vindaloo, Chana masala, rice. They do the buffet items for each day. One can buy the buffet style food and it is paid for each pound. Even if one fills up the entire plate it is still really inexpensive food. The only thing is that everything else like naan, roti, any appetizers are not included in the buffet and have to be ordered separately. I had the buffet with three curries- *Chicken Tikka *Malai kofta *Paneer masala *Rice I ordered naan, aloo paratha and tandoori chicken appetizer separately. Everything together was less $12 bucks and it was a lot of food. Coming to the taste I really liked the paneer masala and chicken tikka. My naan and aloo paratha were really fresh too. The tandoori chicken was delish, really liked the sprinkling of chaat masala on top of my chicken . Overall a good place to dine in and enjoy healthy food!

Food is delicious! It is a good option if you are in the mood for Indian food or to try something different. In my opinion, their chicken tikka masala beats Minar Palace! I like the buffet style that they have - they do have a fixed menu for some items as well. With the buffet style, I can control the portions, and therefore the price. And you get great portions for the price you pay. I can eat lunch for less than $5 - and be full! Their staff is also very friendly. I give it a must try!

We are so glad that we found this place. It is a small bistro with just about 5 tables, but is is very clean and modern. We took the buffet which costs 5,25$ per pound. We could choose out of 5 different curries and all of them were very dilicious. We also ordered naan and bathura bread and also this were freshmade and tasty. We just paid 15$ for twice buffet, 2 breads and a mangolassi. We absolutlely recommend this location and will go there again soon.

This is truly an "on the go" lunch / takeout spot. All plates and cutlery are disposable plastic! I was even more disturbed when my food arrived all wrapped up as if it were on its way into a bag, instead of a table. Cardboard box for veggie samosas (which were 90% potato), and a sealed plastic pint container for my flavorless entree. The food is...Indian-ish. The naan was good. Dont come here if you take food seriously.

They have a rotating, ready-to-take freshly cooked buffet of different items each day of the week. Closed Mondays. Food is not organic but slow cooked and has a home-made taste. Very consistent quality and staff that has not changed at all since they opened a few years ago. They take care of the street and neighborhood and take all trash away nightly

Was craving for some indian food and ran into Mumbai Bistro when I was around the neighborhood. There is a buffet special during lunch hours, but I did take out. I ordered the Chicken Tikka Masala which was good, it was very fresh and well seasoned. I would definitely come back here if I worked in the city for lunch time.

Purchasing their samosas for several years, and they get better and fresher. Sometimes the taste may not be consistent (depends whos the cook), but if you dont mind more spicy, then its OK. Love their tamarind chutney! Always nice customer service whether in-house or home delivery.

Lunch buffet charged by weight is over-priced and the food is not very flavorful. Almost no heat (spiciness) in any of the buffet dishes - maybe theyre overcompensating for American palettes. Didnt try ordering from the menu, so you might have better luck that way.

Had veg samaso - pretty decent. 2 x chicken vindaloos. Pretty poor - too much chicken - not spicy at all and no potatoes. 1 x chicken biryani. Very poor. Not a biryani by any definition - not fresh, nothing but chicken and rice - no spices and minimal flavor.

Inexpensive but good quality food. Theres a take out buffet and they have a great bread selection. Ive never ordered entrées from the menus so I cant comment on that but overall, its a nice place to grab a quick bite

Great food, great service, reasonably priced. I come at least 1-2x a week for lunch. On Thursdays their meal of the day is chicken saag, absolutely delicious.

Love coming here for a quick, affordable bite to eat. I like being able to serve myself as much as I want and still order other items off the menu.

Sometimes I really crave the buffet here. Slick styling in the restaurant. It should be a chain. Only drawback - the food can be too salty.

Good place for quick bites. Not lot of varieties to choose from. The one in New York is far better than this one.

One of my favorite Indian restaurant. Food seems more home cooked style than any other place. Not overtly spicy.
