Such a bad experience with service. I hate to even give half a star. I went in last night for dinner with a couple of friends and three kids. First of all it all started with us being served warm water to which we said that can you please order ice cubes. When ordering we asked some questions to which the server was not able to explain well to our disappointment. We ordered samosa chaat and Gobhi manchurian as starters and malai koftas and garlic naan as main course . Both the starters were so dry we requested the server to at least get us some chutney so we can eat. He ignored us. When he came back to serve the rest of the order I said everything is so dry we are having trouble eating ,he says to me this is the way we serve if you want to eat or not you decide. To this my friend said the way you are treating us we wont come here again it is just that the kids are hungry and it is too late to go elsewhere. He responded by saying you are more then welcome not to come I was very upset hearing this and asked if we can talk to the manager. The manager came and while we are explaining to him how rude our server is he says I dont believe he said all that to you even if he did may be he had a rough day. I said you should get someone else to help you out if he had a rough day as he cannot vent it all on us. His response was all I can do is say sorry or do you want me to touch your feet. That did it for us I said tell your server to pay out of his pocket for samosa chat and Gobhi manchurian and we paid the rest of the bill and left. No one deserves this kind of rude treatment. I am a manager at a fast food serving franchise joint and I am aware how a customer has to be treated. Lastly the koftas in Malai kofta were also burnt so we ended up eating rice naan with the gravy. When we were leaving the manager clearly made us feel that we did all this because we did not want to pay our bill to our amazement, still not realizing the gravity of the situation.

Me and my friend goes here all the time we leave two blocks away from here we love this place Employee are very nice. I want to talk about things 2 review from Manisha Jain and Manisha Chauhan I dont trust this 2 review. Me and my friend was here when this happened we had a same server also he was helping 2 move table he was very nice so those two lady in review awful food and service I saw them they finish everything in there plate if food was bad I will not finish the food and one lady forcing their kids to eat I want Force my kids to eat awful food so I dont believe that food was bad for service if they didnt like the server from the beginning if I wash them I would leave the store right away not spend one hour in the store eating every single food Manager came out he apologize to them this lady was screaming so hard for no reason they was getting in my nerves begging for free food and Manager give them free food. Me and my friend see this whole thing how ignore these two ladies we are definitely going back for more good food and good service I give them big

No star. What an awful food and service combination. Very expensive food that tastes horrible. The staff members are of course not trained to run a food joint professionally. Worst experience being there and spending money at a place that is not customer friendly. I would highly discourage people to support a business like this. Hopefully the owner will read all these comments and take ownership of the staffs behavior and do something about it. I am definitely not going there or recommending this place to anyone. I stand here regretting my decision to have taken my kids to a place where their parents were straight out disrespected in front of them.

I got takeout from this new unassuming storefront right on Willow Grove Ave. It is easy to drive past, but inside the decor is modern and clean with a small dining room. The menu looked concise and descriptions were mouth-watering. The food was done in ten minutes as quoted. The price was average but the food was great. Very fresh tasting and rich in spice and flavor. Samosas survived the trip home and were crispy and spicy. Had the veg korma, and palak paneer, both were very good. Garlic naan was good and lassi was as well.

Tikka and tandoori were served on a bed of wilted lettuce and without gravy or rice, which came as quite a surprise. I suppose thats fine and all, but makes those dishes at least twice as expensive as they should be. Wait staff was nice, but we wont be returning, its far too expensive for what you get and as others have said, the ambiance is downright terrible.

Biryani Bowl is amazing. Every dish is solid, and I am embarrassed about how many I have tried in the past month. My partner and I recently moved and spent many days painting, fixing, and eating out. Perir, the owner, welcomes everyone like family. Get a seat before the hordes find out. BYOB

Food was average but overpriced for the portion size. The lady who worked at the willow grove location was creepy and kept staring waiting for us to finish and then brought us the check while we were eating and wouldnt leave. Next time just wait until people finish eating.

VERY good food. Much better than the other two indian options in the neighborhood (Tiffin and Baghyas Kitchen). Very consistent, authentic, and great service. The dining room is lacking in the ambiance department, but as a take-out option this place is great.

Always great for takeout. Vegetable Samosas, Briyani, and my favorite dish: Butter Chicken. The wait staff for dine in is a little shy, but friendly and the atmosphere is fantastic.

I cant recommend it. Some of the food was good. The service was not. We were the only sit-down patrons in the restaurant, and the staff chose to stay out of sight, in the kitchen.
