One of the best courses around the area (including private clubs). Greens are always true and usually quick. Sometimes they leave them a little longer but thats probably due to weather and pace of play. Owner does not put up with slow play, so if you require more than 4 hours (which is crazy if you take that long) go somewhere else or join a private club. Ive seen the owner refund slow groups and kick them off. Nothing worse than going on a birdie birage and then waiting 20 mins before your next swing. This is not an easy course and can be very difficult with the wind. It can also be very scoreable with how true the greens are. The restaurant is great and offers typical pub food with a casual atmosphere. I highly recommend this course to the avid golfer. Do not recommend to 20+ handicaps...youre in for a long round and could lose a few dozen balls.

Awesome course, definitely one of the nicest public options in the general area. Always in great shape, greens are quick, and it can be very challenging under certain conditions. The layout is unique versus Other courses around, and if you do some planning you can get good deals on tee time booking sites. I noticed a few bad reviews regarding the restaurant with no mention of the course.... its above average compared to the bar/restaurants at comparable public venues, but youre definitely coming here for the golf experience primarily.

Interesting lay-out with ball eating high grass outside of rough. No trees and many blind shots. Wont be fun if you dont know the course. Right now, the greens are in terrible shape. #1 is the worst in Chester County and the rest look terrible. Imagine what greens look like if no one repairs a ball mark for a month and drags their feet with spikes. Do NOT play here at full price. Be sure to get a discounted time or you will be pissed off for sure.

Beautiful setting - horrible meals at restaurant last night. For example, my beef filet was supposed to be cooked medium but arrived very well-done, charred, tough and tasteless. Same with my husbands hamburger. The restaurants only attempt to redress our grievance was to offer a complimentary dessert so we wouldnt go away unhappy. We will never recommend this restaurant to our friends. Of course, we will never dine here again.

I really like the course BUT our tee time was at noon. They allowed a group of 5, yes 5, go out in front of us. We asked the starter if we could jump in front of them and he replied, "Theyre members, they know what they are doing." Well, 5 hours and 30 minutes later I can honestly say they did not know what they were doing. What a joke!!

I had my wedding reception here and everything was wonderful! The event staff are great and really worked with us to make sure we were happy. Our guests commented on the lovely venue and the delicious food. I definitely recommend Wyncote for hosting events!

Great golf course. Would be at home in a golf resort such as Myrtle Beach. Its not easy but the condition of the course was amazing. Deep deep rough/Heather if you miss the fairway bad enough, so be warned. One of the best courses in the area for sure.
