This place is great - excellent food, fun atmosphere and good beer selection. I live in Baltimore but travel to Syracuse frequently. The Golden Spike is my "home away from home" and no trip to Syracuse is complete without a stop here. Everyone always makes me feel welcome. Highly recommended!

Small town gem! Located in the village of East Syracuse. Original owner passed and grand children are now running it. Nice neighborhood bar with a small but delicious menu. Daily lunch specials. Friday fish specials. Hamburgers are the best!
