I reached the shop 10:30 pm thats mean 30 minutes before closing. I said hello, excuse me but no body answer, they were acting like there is no one in the shop even they were watching and hearing me and i was watching them. They can at least answering me and told me that they are closing but the ignoring me and i saw them locked the doar dirctly after i left .the stuff were an old lady and a young guy. I will never visit this shop and kfc again after this bad customer service experience

went to monroeville kentucky for lunch around 1: pm, I like the fill the box for five dollars, I ask the associate could I have to chicken wings instead of a breast and wing, she flat out told me no! I have purchase this meal many times before at other chains and never ever was there a problem. What diffrents what it had made, that I had wanted a smaller piece of chicken? 09/22/09

I ordered the new smokey mountain BBQ wings on 8/08/2017 at 7:53pm the sauce was everywhere all over my biscuits and over my car, the wings were over cooked and disgusting the sauce looked like old cooking grease, the staff is very unprofessional and very rude no respect or love for the food and they will try to rush you at the drive thru I would suggest Pennhills or Murrysville

I ordered thru the drive thru an got a $5 fill up box, got slightly confused as the operator though I said a different number but it was all good in the end. Thanks for the speedy service & delicious guilty pleasure.

Pulled up to the drive through and was told to wait. 20 minutes later I asked if they were still open. Apparently my question was very offensive. Too much attitude for me left with no food. Extremely ghetto.

Dysfunctional staff. It took 3 people and 10 minutes to ring up a $20 Fillup and I got 2 pieces of chicken the size od a quarter. They were wing tips. If you need KFC, go to Penn Hills or Murrysville.
