Food and service were both great!! I tried the Cranberry Kelli and although it was good, I expected more cranberry taste. My only complaint is their menu is extremely difficult to interpret. Even their staff have difficulties with getting the order correct. What comes out of the kitchen is not necessarily the same thing you told the cashier you wanted. I ordered soup and sandwich and the cashier asked which side I wanted with it; I chose the broccoli salad. When I got my order, the soup was missing. Come to find out, she charged me for original chicken salad plate. She apologized and got a cup of their loaded potato soup and it was absolutely fabulous!!

Food as always was amazing but service today was quite lacking. We placed a very large to go order in advance and realized once back at the office that part of the order was missing. When I called the person I spoke with claimed no real responsibility just said maybe if I had called eariler? I explained I had called in a good hour advance as per their website and was then told, Oh well our website is old. This was a large order and no compensation for the two trips out was made or an apology which would have been appreciated. Food and service are normally top notch but today not so much! We may have to look for another source for our staff meeting lunches.

The service was quick, the staff was friendly and the food tasty...Hands down, some of the best chicken salad Ive ever had. 15 different types of chicken salad, and 5 different sides, you can get the chicken salad as a scoop or in a sandwich, and served with a pickle and a cookie. The Fancy Nancy (chicken salad with apples, pecans and grapes) and the broccoli salad were fantastic. Stylish decor and a good sound track to eat lunch too, I cant wait to come back and try other the flavors.

Great food, great service. In a city full of the same repetitive restaurants and culinary delights, its nice to see this one straying a bit from the norm. Sure, they have deli sandwiches and the normal fare, but where they exceed is in what they advertise; chicken salad. Exceed they do, and then some. This place is highly recommended for anyone looking for a little variation in their lunch menu.

Always loved the chicken salad and the broccoli salad. But, I tried the soup and salad today and was very disappointed. The broccoli and cheese soup was watery and bland. The turkey meat on sandwich tasted like cheap lunch meat, not real turkey. So I will stick to their specialty; chickea salad.

My wife first had this at her work one day, and got me to come to the store. Wow! So many kinds to choose from, you have to come back over and over to sample them all. Every one I have had was good. Great portions. Friendly staff.

Chicken salad tastes like homemade. The BBQ chicken salad is delicious. Only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because everything is way overpriced. Chicken salad is very inexpensive to make. They have a huge markup.

Omg my turkey sandwich on sour dough bread with pesto was friggin awesome!!!! The broccoli salad was the bomb (and I originally looked at it like ewww lol)! Clean fresh food!!!! I loved it!

Friendly, fast, and good. I got the cranberry Kelli sandwich combo; it only had about 3 cranberries in it, I thought it would have more. Either way, the chicken salad was creamy and fresh!

Couldnt get the croissant toasted so a bland cold sandwich with a hand full of chips for 10 bucks. Not exactly the best meal.
