Visited around 2:30 pm on 2/27/16 - Food was good and staff was pleasant...BUT... I ordered one draft craft beer (14 oz.) and was charged for that PLUS a 20 oz. draft of a different variety of craft beer which I did not order or receive. I pointed this out to the server and she removed the 14 oz. draft from the bill! So, I was charged over $8 for a 14 oz. Hop Devil draft. In addition, it was a birthday meal for me and my niece. My sister-in-law asked if they did a dessert for birthdays and the server said that they have a small sundae, and asked if she "would like that." She said yes and two of them were brought out. Little did we know, because we were not told, that these were NOT complimentary. They charged us $2.49 each that we were not expecting. Instead of correcting them on my beer charge, for a second time, and debating the cost of the sundaes, I reduced the amount of the tip accordingly and will not return. I made a few notes on the itemized receipt for their reference and left it behind. Hopefully, they will pay more attention to detail and be more forthcoming with information in the future (but I wont know because I wont be back).

Public Service Announcement: Dont go to TGI Fridays in Mechanicsburg!! When you order your food you dont know what will be in it!! I ordered sweet potato fries and had shrimp mixed in. Which I had an allergic reaction to. Once the restaurant was notified, they handled it poorly and tried to act like it wasnt a big deal. They told me that it was my responsibility to notify them of any food allergies therefore they would of taken precaution in order to insure that there was no cross contamination. Umm... Shouldnt they already being doing that!?!?!?! Food safety doesnt apply at TGI Fridays??? They could of killed someone with serve allergies!! I understand that mistakes happen but gosh own it and fix it!! Dont try to just brush it under the rug! TGI Fridays should be lucky that this didnt come to a lawsuit or cause a death.

Had a horrible experience here after 7 PM on a Friday. Was seated right away, but waited 10-15 minutes before our server even came to take our drink orders. I ordered a tiki drink that tasted terrible, so bad that no one at the table wanted to drink it! We left it on the edge of the table 99% full and the server tip toed around it all night without saying a thing. After we got our food, a HUGE spider came down in front of my face/on top of the food and nothing was done about it. The server told me that she saw another spider at the same table earlier this week - talk about GROSS! Service was terrible and the food was below average. I would recommend cleaning up the spiderwebs around your tables in the dining room...

The food was hot and very tasty! The wait wasnt long at all. Our waitress, Laura, was FANTASTIC! She kept drinks at our table, made sure we had extra napkins without us asking and was very courteous. When it came to leftovers, she helped get it all together and in the bag. She made sure we had everything we needed and wanted from beginning to end. This was the BEST service we have had at a sit down restaurant in a long while. Laura makes us want to return!

I was absolutely appalled by my last visit to Fridays on the Carlisle Pike. The serving staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. A friend of mine and I went in for a late dinner last night and due to some personal history between a friend of mine and a server, we were told that we were not welcome at the restaurant although we had done nothing wrong. It was very petty and childish and ruined what was supposed to be a fun evening.

The floor is sticky. It feels like they havent cleaned it in several weeks. My wife said the bathroom was in shambles and the wall was as sticky as the floor. The food was ok until about 20 minutes later. All four of our family members are fighting over our two bathrooms. Im about to use our woods. There was also a lot of talk in the kitchen about food looking and tasting bad. A manager was one of those in the discussion.

Not the worst...need I say more. Why ask me what temp Id like my steak if your cooks just cook them all the same...well to ruined!! If Im paying $20 a steak at least cook it to my liking!!! Asked for an additional side of French fries once our meal arrived...we finished eating before they arrived. Service was attentive but food was subpar. $70 tab could have been better spent elsewhere.

Our server was accommodating, punctual, and pleasant. He kept our glasses full, served us quickly, and cleared our plates in timely fashion. Top notch service. The food is on par with most restaurants of this sort: not terribly amazing, but certainly edible. Id rather eat at a local joint, but TGIF was quick and somewhere everyone could agree on dining.

The food is always delicious and comes out quickly, and the rewards program is killer. I almost always have enough points after each visit to earn a free sandwich or dessert. Shawn-Michael behind the bar is the best! Mom and I visit just to see him (in addition to the fantastic grub)!

I love TGI Fridays to start but this was by far the most enjoyable visit Ive ever had. Kim served my Wife and I an excellent dinner and was excellent with everything. I definitely will be sharing this experience with friends and family and recommending others to visit.

A little disappointed we went for kids night and found out kids night was discontinued a few months ago. Typical bar fare. The unlimited apps for $10 is a good deal but we werent that hungry and wanted something a little more healthy than a bunch of fried food.

We had a great experience! Our son has severe food allergies and they were wonderful about preparing his food. The manager Wil came to our table and talked with us about our sons food allergies. It was a very friendly atmosphere. Great servers!!

Fell on the floor. Floors very slippery and when we would order apps waitress would remind us we couldnt take any home. Manager never came to check on me for falling on floor. I was also told it happens offten. The bathroom was extremely gross.

TGIFs is just... a standard chain restaurant. Youll pay more than you should for mediocre food. To the credit of the people running it, it seems clean and well maintained... there are just better places to go for a meal.

Worst mozzarella sticks Ive ever had. The cheese inside was mushy and definately not mozzarella. I took one bite ands that was it. My friend also got some and thought the same. Never again.

Great atmosphere, and endless apps were awesome! Our server, Caleb, was the best server Ive had in years! Drink refills were there before I even asked for them, and service was really quick!
