An otherwise decent chain establishment that seems to be suffering in the last year or two from indifferent staff and average at best quality. Our last trip found the salad bar understocked and in disarray, with the various items becoming intermixed in their various trays and bins. Part of this is due to a far too low and long glass shield over the salad bar items, forcing people to stoop and reach for the different items using the tongs and bringing the food out to the plate, dropping the food items on the way in and out. Its not easy to hold a plate next to the individual trays to prevent this. The salad dressing containers become cross-contaminated with each other, in my case of Bleu Cheese allergy, it has the potential to cause serious issues if it were to mix into the other selections. During a fairly crowded dinnertime during the week, there were staff sleeping in the booths, occupying other booths with notebook computers and paperwork, causing a shortage of tables and the appearance of disarray. I realize the restaurant industry pushes its employees to the limits these days, but this has the potential to turn away customers in the future. Our last meals suffered from much smaller portions than in recent years, lackluster presentation, and a waiter with a dour expression and very little pride and friendliness with regards to his restaurant. While I dont expect Michelin Star-like cuisine from a place like Ruby Tuesday, I prefer it to be the same level of cheerfulness, hearty foods and pride as I have received in the past.

The quality of the food is the most important matter, and my impression both of the garden salad bar and of the Cajun tilapia was that they were excellent. Less important but still highly important for an enjoyable dining experience was the quality of the service received while there. The young man Chou who waited upon our table was personable without being obtrusive, attentive without being a hovering presence, and quietly efficient in responding to all our questions or requests. The culinary experience there was unexpectedly more delightful than Ive come to expect in moderately priced restaurant chains, and Id gladly return to eat there again if in the area.

The worst place I have ever been for lunch. Very poor service, I had to wait for 20 minutes before getting a menu, even that I had to ask from the waitress. Then I had to wait another 30 minutes before asking another waiter to come and get my order. I am still waiting for my food after another 20 minutes and no clue when they will bring food to my table. Hour and 10 minutes waiting for lunch is not the kind of restaurent I ever want to visit, neither should you because my three children were starving and its way passed their lunch time.

The food is good BUT Ive ordered "Rubys to-go" I would say about 4 times over the last month or so. All 4 times Ive been overcharged & my order was wrong. They obviously dont pay attention to what people say or order. I could understand if they were busy but everytime Ive ran in to pick the food up its always dead on the bar side (around noon). Not sure how the inside service is but I will say if you order anything carryout CHECK YOUR BILL & YOUR ORDER!! Theres a good chance both will be wrong!!!

Two stars only because my waitress was so nice and amazing. Every single thing we had was terrible. Broccoli soup was filled with burnt scrapings from the bottom of the pot, kids burgers tasted off, salad bar was a mess and the croutons were mushy and oily and my glass was covered in filth. The topper: my kids paper menu had been colored on by another child at some point. Certainly not returning but again, the server was as sweet as could be

Today is my birthday. I was tired but my family wanted to take me out to dinner so we went to our local Ruby Tuesdays. I hate to say, but this was 1 of the worst meals Ive ever had. The food looked and tasted like it was nuked in the microwave. The meal did nothing to justify the cost of it. It was slightly above the frozen dinners I may buy at the grocery store. The only reason I gave it 2 stars was my because of my server. He was great.

Overall amazing experience. Delicious food, incredible service and caring, friendly management. I hadnt been to Ruby Tuesdays in YEARS and had an okay experience then, but I was blown away at how good everything was and how accommodating and caring the staff was. They really made sure we had a quality dinner. Plus, the price cant be beat. Definitely recommend this restaurant at this location!

the chips were soggy, the margarita was juicy, the asparagus was floppy and mushy (green bean like), the burger was decent, the pasta was bland and sloshie, bartender was a sweetheart, and the french fries were good. i also went on a tuesday, which you would assume to be their prime time showcase. terrible experience.

Good place to sit down and enjoy some good food. The staff is full of very lovely people and they keep the place nice and clean. The service is fast and they check on you often to make sure everything is good.

My 2nd time here. I was here over 10 years ago and was looking for a salad bar restaurant again and it was right in front of me. I past by Ruby almost everyday. I really like it.

Ordered ravioli for carry out opened it up and only got 6 ravioli for 13 bucks .... Should have had chef boy-r-dee.. I also ordered a bacon cheese burger and it made my friend sick

Clean, friendly, and timely. The salad bar is always fresh and the food always comes out great. My only complaint is they no longer serve those delicious biscuits!

Seated at the bar with no service. Moved to another table and paid $9.00 for a burger that tasted like salt and came with frozen lettuce on top. Yuck.

Place is never busy. Same generic Rubys fare. A server there once tried to cheat me out of 10 dollars. Gave it back once I called him out.
