Health Department should take note of this place...I should have walked away upon entering when it didnt look like the glass on the front door had been cleaned for a week... The only reason they get one star is for service, but the fish and chicken platter I ordered was dried out and it looked like the oil must have been days old it was so dark.. and the hush puppies were so hard they could double as golf balls...The interior was dirty and the whole time I sat there I saw no one clean the many dirty tables or nasty floors..the bathroom was also a mess and unsanitary.... The management definitely needs to step up or shut the place down.... Very Sub Par for this chain....

How can there be 6 people working standing around and food still take this long to get made.Every time I got through the drive thru I get put in the line of 3 cars in front of me that are also waiting on food.As its not due to it being busy trust me...they are just THAT slow.If I want to sit and wait for food Id go to a sit down restaurant.I go weeks in between visits here and I always remember why I despise THIS EXACT KFC.Either get new management...hire new staff or quit crying about being underpaid.

This is the worst place to eat in all of Ashland I would click no service if I could! We waited forever at the ordering screen and until another car pulled in the lady would not respond threw the speaker. She didnt tell us what our charge was until we pulled around and she made us very uncomfortable at the pickup window! I and hopefully everyone else will not be going back unless we want our day to be ruined by terrible service

More than enough staff to cover the small number of customers and drive through guests but service took forever and several people were complaining in line. Nearly walked out before ordering due to how slow it was. Food was fair but bathroom was not very tidy and there were no cover for cups if you wished to take your drink to go. Management needs a serious evaluation of how this site operates and could operate more effectively.

Service at this location is extremely poor. I like the food here but every time I order they never have the proper amount of food and refuse to cook what is needed so I end up with a pieced together order. Not to mention the workers use of foul language or either on their cell phones. This is pretty much the last straw for me. I will start taking my business elsewhere along with a letter to corporate.

Food was great but when we walked in a 9:45 pm employees said lobby closed in ten minutes. Store closed at 10:30 they closed the doors at 10:05. Allot of people was pulling in the parking lot. But the doors was closed. We had to eat outside.

Ordered the 8 piece meal deal. extra crispy. Tasted like burnt flour. Sucked!!! Returned my whole order less what i ate. The girl (iajay) charged me for 2 pieces ($2.45) Really? And not a Im sorry sir, nothing! Dont eat here.

The chicken tasted like it was cooked in 4 day old oil. Had to throw all of it out. I should of known not to go in when I noticed that the entrance door was so filthy you could barely see in. My baddddd

I agree with Robert about the SERVICE ONLY. Try to get it your way? Go to Chick-Fil-A !! I will say that when waited on by older gray haired gentleman I did get the correct attitude.

Went in at lunch time and it was quiet. Cashier was not friendly at all and impatient with us asking questions, even though it was quiet. The food was very salty and greasy.
