Although I like Pizza Hut, I do not recommend this one! I placed my order through their website (like i normally always do), but this time, we received our order in an hour and the food was cold. I tried calling them to inform them about it, but after 28 attempts wasnt successful! Their phone just rang and rang and then sounded like a Fax machine. At this point I decided to go down and speak with the manager. When I arrived, there was already another customer waiting to get their order fixed, because theirs was messed up, also. I asked the cashier for a manager, and a minute after another cashier comes and asks if I can be helped, I ask for the manager again. (Both cashiers seemed clueless)... Oh and I took a look at their phone and it seemed like a 80s/90s old phone that was turned off... When the manager finally assisted me, I told her the situation and she just stared. I asked, "is there anything you can do for me?" Finally she redid my order. (By the way, I dont think she should be manager due to lack of customer service, but its not my store.) So I think they deserve 1 star because after 2 hours my family was able to have dinner. Not going through this again!

I would give 0 stars if I could. I never write bad reviews ever but I just cant believe how bad the service is. Ive come here a total of 3 times and every time the order is wrong. When I called This time I had to repeat the order 3 times to the person on the phone and it was only 1 pizza. Then when we got thier they made us wait 15 more minutes just to tell us the order was made wrong and we would have to wait for it to be made all over again. We said we didnt want to wait and would just like a refund. They didnt know how to give a refund with a credit card so then we had to wait for them to call their manager (at home) in order to get our money back. After that we left and I checked my bank statement and the money was not refunded. So now I have to go back tomorrow just to get my money back. I dont even know if someone will be working there that will even know how to do it! Horrible!! Im never going here again ever!

So far today this has been an experience to remember we walked In and for the first time in my life a pizza place was out of dough, well not all the dough just the personal pan pizza size dough. Must have been a busy 2 hours to run out of personal pan pizza dough. And wow this must be some special dough because "it is different then regular pan pizza dough" so they cant use that, and forget making the experience right, you have a child that only wants cheese well you can order him a regular pan pizza. At the full menu price, and we can take 15 percent off. So, we decide to just get cheese sticks with sauce its close, but not the same, oh but wait we are out of warm sauce, so you have to get cold sauce with your cheesesticks This must have been the busiest day in this stores history to run out of so much stuff by noon, funny I have only ever seen a few people in this pizza hut. Come on really.

ordered online, after over an hour of waiting for delivery, I received a call from the delivery driver apologizing for the delay. They gave me a discount on my food and assured me it would be delivered promptly. The manager called me a few minutes later to apologize personality. Shortly later, my food was delivered. It was barely warm, and the extra sauces I ordered were all thrown into a plastic bag and broken, which spilled everywhere. Not sure how it can take over an hour to get me cold and destroyed food. Would give 1 star but the Manager was very nice and apologetic.

Everyone was amazing .I know the store just opened recently an they are working on better organization..well they went out far an beyond.service was on key..the manger Ashely repeated my order ..smiled the whole time I was in an out an home eating my amazing pretzel crust pizza with spinach..it was great thank pizza hut..Ill be back again when I want good service..you guys are getting things on track now congratulations

Not once BUT TWO TIMES i tried to order from them and they gave me the same excuse they didnt have enough drivers OR it was too late. Last order was 40 mins before closing and I was told she was short on drivers. Last time I was told they were already shutting down the ovens. This pizza hut location is a total joke and the owner needs to fix it. Ill try them again in a year to see if its fixed.

This place SUCKS...nobody ever knows what they r doing... tried to place an order for delievery ever got it they never put my order in when they said they did... then they treated me like it was fault because they didnt do their jobs. Managers suck. This is why pizza huts are closing down everywhere poor service. Will never go there again.

This pizza hut is a mess- they delivered the wrong thing and they do not answer the phone when you call to correct their mistake. They have the worst customer service- their manager doesnt even have a voicemail box to leave messages, the phone line automatically hangs up on the customer. Do yourself a favor- go to Dominios on Ridge Ave.

So happy to finally have a Pizza Hut close enough that will deliver to my house. Of course the food is standard Pizza Hut (good-great), so no surprises there. The delivery estimate is usually wrong, so add another 10-15 minutes to that, but my food has never arrived cold.

Pizza and box literally smelled like vomit and crap. We couldnt even bring it into the house it was so bad. Made my wife nauseous just by having it in the car. Never again Pizza Hut, I gave you a chance and your reliable horrible reputation showed itself.

First time ordering from this location. Opened box after getting home and I was given blue cheese instead of icing dipping sauce for the cinnamon sticks. Ill stick to my local pizza places instead of this chain. Bye.
