Im just gonna cut right to the chase --- this Chick-Fil-A is the most unprofessional establishment Ive ever been to and being that this was a Chick-Fil-A and not McDonalds, I expected better. First off, they had two senior citizens working at the register holding up the lines. And then after finally getting a chance to order, the old hag had the nerve to give me attitude. Like I dont know if she was going through menopause or shes just naturally bitter but that type of treatment towards customers is just unexceptable! And to make matters worse, once I did get my meal, It was wrong. I ordered the Spicy Chicken Deluxe WITH Cheese. WITH CHEESE! But did I get cheese? NO! So I walked back to the register and I told another employee who I wouldve thought, wouldve gave me a whole other sandwich but no she just gave me some cold cheese. Like what am I suppposed to do with that? And not only did she give me cold cheese but she was giving me attitude as well. Now Im sorry but if that wasnt trifflin then I dont know what is. Yeah Ill never go back there again. And I suggest you dont either!!

When a customer asks for no pickles and you simply remove them from a pre-made sandwich, not only can the customer still taste it, but it also shows that your customers well being is not your concern. What if the customer had a food allergy? Cmon chic-fil-a, step your game up. If I wanted to taste leftover pickle on my sandwich, Id go to mcdonalds.

Always went there and today we went got the chicken didnt smell right so we went back to talk to the manger he said he cant smell them and rolled his eyes at us. My one friend said it smelled like cigarets and he said non of his employees smoke he interviewed them. Never again!!!!

who doesnt love chick-fil-A? great place right inside food section of the mall. Note: almost everything contacts a milk product and the grilled nugget option is disgusting. Not at all a comparable option for those with milk allergies

A typical Chick-fil-A.Only complaint is that they close early on many occasions. Ive been there twice thinking theyd be open since the other good court stores were open, but they were closed. That frustrated me quite a bit.

One of the employees went way out of her to call me obnoxious for absolutely no reason at all. Her comment was completely disrespectful, and quite frankly unacceptable. Will not be dining here again.

love their chicken cutlets, the food is so much better that any other fast food chain in the area, i recommend highly..i just had 2 cutlet sandwiches myself
