Took a chance and went to Souvlaki Boys, and was completely blown away. The food was fresh, authentic, delicious, and the service was stellar. The staff was courteous, fun, polite, and thoughtful. (While we were there, they even gave a homeless person some free soup.) I had hummus, the Classic Gyro, chicken Souvlaki, and the baklava. When going to a new place, I tend to go all "Gordon Ramsey". The gyro was DELICIOUS, and they also grilled my onions like I asked. The hummus was not out of a plastic container at the supermarket--it was course and a bit gritty just like it should be. The chicken Souvlaki was seasoned perfectly, and was so fresh. The baklava was flaky, and the sweetness of the honey and the cinnamon were perfectly balanced. I can honestly say that this is the best dining experience I have had in a very, very long time. Food was moderately priced as well, and I felt as though I got more than my moneys worth. I will definitely be going back. Five stars? More like 9.5 stars.

Been hearing about this place, so wanted to give it a try. We went with a Gyro Platter, as well as Chicken Souvlaki platter. Both were good, but we were expecting the traditional gyro meat (mix of lamb & beef), but they do a pork gyro meat. In reviewing their menu, the Gyro Platter does not tell you that it is a pork gyro, but their Gyro Wrap (on the other side) does mention that they use pork for their Gyro meat. It was a little bit of a disappointment, and they would be smart to mention on their menu that the Gyro platter is a pork gyro meat to avoid that. But getting over that initial disappontment, the food was pretty good. They use nice spices to give the food good flavor, and they prepare it well. Its definitely a decent little Greek place. The restaurant is clean & well lit, felt very comfortable. If we are in the area again, its a good place to keep in mind.

This place was excellent. Stopped in last night after a trip to the ER with another family member. We were starving because we missed dinner due to the emergency. Strolled in literally 2 minutes before closing and when we realized that we almost walked right back out, however the staff was very welcoming and happy to make menu recommendations for some "first timers." The Gyro was delicious and all the ingredients fresh. The place itself was spotless and the staff is phenomenal. Its definitely worth a stop, especially if you are visiting the hospital (its just a short walk away) and I look forward to visiting this place again. Thanks, fellas! Keep up the good work!

We went for dinner on a Friday night. They were not that busy. The pitas were hard on both ends so much so we hit it on the table and it didnt even crack. Then the calamari was saturated in grease and frozen (not even fresh) over $9.00 and we got seriously 5 pieces. The gyros themselves were ok but nothing to write home about. Ive had better for far cheaper at a state fair. The fries were bland and just a stock french fry. They arent cut fresh or seasoned. Im surprised they are still in business..oh and no high chairs! Sorry but this is a restaurant that serves frozen processed pre made food and passes it off for a profit! Shame! shame!

Authentic and delicious! Mike and Pete have done a fabulous job from the start, from the awesome Food Truck to the bricks and mortar restaurant. Ive hired them for parties with the food truck, been to events where they brought the food truck, and they serve their food always with a smile and great customer service. Mikes grandfather and father owned the famous Sun Restaurant coincidentally on the same block as their current location. Such a cool detail. Always great food, always Greek! Yasou!

Where do I even start off at?? Fresh Food, Fresh Ingredients, Well Seasoned, Friendly Staff oh did I mention FRESH food. So many times Ive been to places and the food wasnt so fresh or well seasoned. I love this place and will be back again and again and again. I never write reviews but I needed to write this review. Right now its 5am my fat ass is waiting for them to open up in a few hrs fyi I live right across the street lol. YOU MUST TRY THE SOUVLAKI BOYS FOOD YOURE TUMMY WILL THANK YOU.

Great casual Greek food! The Village fries are simply the best only missing Kalamata olives, hint, hint! The meats are perfectly marinated and the gyro there is not your average formed meat bought from the restaurant distributor but seasoned fresh meat slowly cooked! If they add the beef souvlakis like in Astoria, Queens, Im moving down the street from them, lol!

Great food, great service, only issue is they say they will deliver when you ask them, but when you place an order its too far, spoke with a manager said they should of delivered, but everyone you call in they say they cant. Seems they are not all on the same page, but the food here is great and the service is top notch in person, not so much over the phone

The food in-store is delicious, and they cater for events. Ive been working with Mike (one of the owners) regarding possibly catering my wedding, and he has been so great to work with! Very helpful and knowledgable, and the prices are very reasonable! The food is delicious (I especially recommend their pork gyro meat and rice), and the people are great!

Delicious food, always fresh. Great fast service. Superb customer service, management is great. The staff will pretty much make your food however you request and they do it happily without complaints. Very reasonable prices are nice portions. Bonus they offer a frequent customer perks which earn you free food!

I just stopped in this afternoon with my wife for lunch and we were not disappointed. The service, food, and value was exceptional. The slow cooked pork on a spit was seasoned perfectly and tasted great! We will definitely stop in again.

Just got the Athena Gyro and fries on the side.... soooooo good! Everything was fresh and pretty much perfect. Looking forward to grabbing one to treat my wife soon. Service was warm, informative and friendly.

They did a great job catering a casual get-together for 20--chicken souvlaki, rice pilaf, Greak salad, feta dip, and tzaziki. Food was delivered on time, stayed hot, and everyone had seconds. Delicious.

Great Greek food at a good price. Casual order at counter environment. It was very busy for Tuesday lunch but food arrived at table quickly with a smile. Would suggest to anyone hungry for Greek.
