I was not aware that today you were giving free coffee to veterans. I went to your location on Miller RD in East Petersburg, PA and purchased a coffee like I have done many mornings before. The young lady rung me out and never asked me my veteran status. As I was leaving out the door I heard her ask the white gentleman behind me his. I did not have time to go back in address the matter because I needed to get to work but it dishearten me that the assumption that because I am black and/or a woman that I would not be a veteran. I served my country proudly during Desert Storm and received an honorable discharge and I simply want to be recognized along with my fellow veterans.

Its Wawa, what more is there to say? This one wasnt so good for awhile but I wrote a very long winded honest heat felt message to Corporate and they forwarded it to the manager of this store and i made a HUGE difference. This one is now more on par with the rest back in other parts of PA where Wawa is more prevalent, NJ, and DE. Great chocolate milk, great hoagies, great bowls, great stuffed pretzels, great ice tea. I was raised on Wawa so Im a bit biased.

I mean, its Wawa, so of course the food is good. However, sometimes the food staff mess up orders made through the touch-screen order system (which should leave room for very few errors - but Ive had orders incorrectly made for hoagies various times). Just check your sub/hoagie before you pull away to make sure they got your order correct.

Truck parking, at least 2 tractor trailers will fit easily. However, theres a lot of car lots in the area, so the car haulers will sometimes sit here, staged, waiting to be called to unload down the road. Hazelnut coffee is awesome here. Food is great too. Friendly staff.
