The store itself appears like it would be a decent facility to eat at, but once inside not so much. I went to use the bathroom before I ordered, and when I walked in it was so dim and dark that I thought the lights werent on. When I found the light switch and tried it I was shocked to find out that all of the lights were on already. And ontop of that the music in the bathroom is so loud that you cant even go to the bathroom in peace. The music in the dining room can barely be heard, and yet if you walk into the bathroom you feel like youre in a dark, cheap night club. I dont even comprehend how the staff is to keep a bathroom clean when you cant even see in there. If it had been a choice I wouldnt have used that bathroom at this store.. When we informed the staff of the problem they just kind of blew it off as a joke. I work in the fast food industry, and am in line to be a manager. A clean store and good, quick customer service is key. Not to mention quality. Yet when I got my beefy nacho grillers I might as well have been eating a grilled rolled tortilla with a splash of hamburger and cheese in it. I dont see how you can have a clean store and satisfied customers in a facility like this . This particular taco Bell is a tease. Looks good on the outside, but walk in and see an array of problems. It seems Im not the only one whos given a bad review, so maybe some adjustments a should be made.

Taco Bell is not Mexican. It is late night stoner food at best. At least half the time the drive-through orders are wrong. About 99 percent of the time no condiments are included in drive-through orders, regardless of how many times one requests them. If you want decent Mexican food in Lancaster try Cocina Mexicana on North Prince Street (across from Stans Record Shop), or El Pueblito on Dillerville Road (near Waffle House). If youre too stoned to care, have a blast at Dennys. At least there youll have a waiter/waitress who can get your order right.

Well drove 18 miles to lancaster taco bell.. you know the only one open after midnight on a Sunday to find they arent open after midnight! Literally had a watering mouth and was rubbing my hands together with anticipation of holding a cool ranch cheesy gordita crunch but as i approached taco bell the drive thru sign was off two hrs early from what Google told me. I dont know who to blame, Google or taco bell but thanks for fu#%&,g my night up. Sincerely a disappointed customer...

This is the best Taco Bell Ive been to, yet! Do expect to have to wait a bit for your order. They are always busy! Dont go by there graph of "busy times" ! Everytime I go there or drive by they are busy. Especially the Drive -thru, late at night.(the inside closes at 10 or 11pm. The drive thru is open until 3am! I highly recommend the zesty cheese potatoes, & the steak tacos! Yum, yum, yummy!

Yep, its a Taco Bell. Pretty much what you would expect. But one thing I have noticed about this particular Taco Bell is that the persons who have taken my orders have been very cheerful and friendly. Which is unusual in todays fast food marketplace. If you know what you are doing and you know what their advertised specials are, you can get a filling meal for about $3.00.

Waited in the drive threw for over a half hour. Cashier Melissa was rude at the window, food was cold and tried to hand me somebody elses food. When I tried to correct her and let her know that the food was somebody elses she aggressively waved me away. Horrible service should have made tacos at home from a box to save myself from this horrible experience.

I am going to have to give this 3 stars. No more because the associates are hardly ever friendly and its half and half on if you get good service or horrible service. But the food is pretty good if they get your order right. Some days I would give it a strong 4. Others less then 1. Never go at 2am. It might sound good but the wait is down the street.

Dont listen to the negative. This Taco Bell is great. If you like the food and want the best around this one offers some of the hardest working young people ever to grace a fast food franchise. Friendly, humble, and as quick as they can be while dealing food to all of lancaster; my wife and I love coming here when we can.

Daone and Melissa gave AMAZING SERVICE and after hearing Taco Bell jut hired a whole lot more staff, the wait time wasnt long at all! Huge improvement! A few months ago this was the worst Taco Bell Ive ever been to. Food would take 15 minutes even when the store was empty, and my order was frequently wrong. They mustve changed management or something because now they keep the lines moving fast and I havent had a messed up order since.

Havent been there recently, but in the past theyve had problems accepting credit cards - for weeks. I used to sit in the drive thru and wait twenty minutes for someone to acknowledge me, then sit equally long at the window waiting for someone to tell me what was going on. The food - eh. Its Taco Bell.

Very very poor management! Long wait times. I have sat waiting on my order and watching the employees and they look confused, disorganized, careless, and frustrated most of the time. The last time I was there the guy at the drive through had the nerve to use a term if endearment on me (I am a guy).

I started calling at 3:15am and get fax machine so then I pull up at 3:45 to there drive thru and no service. Really tired of driving there before 4:00am and getting nothing. Change your hours on website if not open till 4:00am. I got pictures but of course no place to add them on here

Sometimes slow around midnight, but it is midnight, and everyone in Lancaster is cramming their car into the drive-thru, so what can you do? However, every time I go, they load up my quesadilla/tacos to the max, and are downright saintly to me. Praise be the Bell.

The food is always taste...When they make it right. The food gets messed up and wrapped wrong and even just forgotten. Customer service is horrible. If I didnt have to drive 30 minutes to get to another Taco Bell I would never go here again.

This is the Taco Bell of the gods. My colon is never in agony after eating here. Zeus rides his chariot down from Mount Olympus to get a Crunch Wrap Supreme, and he picks up two crunchy tacos for Hera because bitches love crunchy tacos.
