The food was great. We went in on a Saturday night arriving at 7. It was three adults and a 4 month old baby, after being told maybe 20 minute wait, we watched everyone around us be seated. We waited for 40 minutes til they were ready to seat a party of 11 til I complained. They sat us right away then. The manager was very apologetic and comped an appetizer for us but it made us feel that they are not a family friendly restaurant because they didnt want to seat us with a baby. Hesitant to go back with kids .

Not the same as before. Green beans not steamed enough, pork chop was good, potatoes not very warm not to mention hot. I was not impressed this time. Salt & pepper shakers could use a really good cleaning. Not a good feeling picking up to use and they feel sticky.Also bathroom could use a very good cleaning, especially floors. Maybe steam them clean. Concerns me when the restroom isnt clean.

The worst experience at a restaurant I have had ever since I went to the TGI Fridays at Park City but not let me get away from the subject at hand we had to ask for each refill left all the dishes on the table while we were eating my wifes food was undercooked my chicken on my broccoli and pasta food dish was undercooked not to mention the food was cold when it came. Well my day was going pretty good. I was spending it with my best friend jimmy. Things all went bad when I stepped foot in ruby Tuesday Lancaster pa. Ok so the food is just nonexistent. I wouldnt even say its food. Its literally plastic. Its like the food that the red lobster uses in their commercials to make their food like actually edible. -1200/10

Well went here with my mother for a family meal and did not enjoy the experience at all. Our server kept disappearing the entire time and the food was not good at all. After leaving I liter1have did not make it 10 minutes up the street before I had to pull over and violently throw up. Was my first time going here and definitely my last.

Typical Ruby Tuesday with good food and good service. The Triple Prime Burgers are very good and the ribs are surprisingly good too. Nice bar with lots of TVs to watch sports.
