Well to start, Id like to say Im an understanding person and know that people have their off days. But this being said, this service was terrible. We got seated right away, which is always a good start. However it then took the waitress more than 5 minutes to come even take our drink order. The restaurant was fairly busy and it was Saturday night so again, I just figured Id be patient and maybe she had got caught up with something. We ordered nachos as an appetizer, and our entrees. I dont have an exact time frame it took for our nachos to come, but it was entirely too long. I was beginning to think she was going to bring the nachos and the entrees out at the same time, thats how long it took. The food itself I didnt have a problem with. The nachos were delicious. I got the baymans chicken sandwich (I think it was called?) and it was really good. Not really anything "special" about it, but I still liked it. My boyfriend got crab quesadillas, and again they were good but nothing "special". The cherry on top, we both were out of drinks and asked the waitress when she had (finally) brought our entrees for refills. She did not bring them until we were completely done our meal, meanwhile we saw her chatting away to someone nearby. Needless to say, we wont be coming back.

A bar with a menu that punches far above its weight. I was very pleasantly surprised to find this place tucked away off a side road in Harford county. The menu has a wide selection of items you wouldnt expect to see. My favorite soup is the smoked cheddar and crab soup. The daily specials also run the gamut, my favorite special was probably lamb tacos. Probably the biggest drawback is that the crowds can be inconsistent, which means the time serving time is also inconsistent. I dont view this as a negative of the staff, just the crowds. One day you may have a dozen folks in three or four parties, the next you could have two or three as many. It makes it difficult to grab a quick bite for lunch, but the quality and range of food makes it worth risking it on occasion.

How to start. The place is very clean and tidy for the amount of people working vs the amount of customers there were there eating and drinking. Very good service. Didnt wait more then 2 minutes before we had our drink order in and was served promptly. Food didnt not take long before it was out. Soup was fantastic!! Main dish was just as good! It was a little loud but as can be expected with the amount of people in there. They had a DJ setup for karoke night and he was good. They have a variety of different size TVs on with different things playing. The outside is well kept as well. No trash laying around or anything of that nature. Will definitely return next time I am in the area!!

Great spot for food in the area. They have quite a few different burgers on the menu and all of them look great. They also have a board of rotating daily specials. They dont hold back on portions here even with their fairly low pricing. I got an order of nachos with pulled pork which is enough for at least 4 people. I also got the A Bomb burger which uses grilled cheeses as buns and it was excellent and quite large. If you are hungry you wont be disappointed. The only thing I think they can improve is their beer selection which is a little limited but they do have some craft offerings.

First encountered this place as a part of a food competition. They were amazing and creative in the compilation. Following several friends had great experiences at the restaurant. My husband and I checked it out for dinner during restaurant week and were very disappointed. I dont believe in food waste but I absolutely had to send my meal back or take it home to my dogs. The new meal was fine and staff was great, atmosphere good.

Unbelievable noisy! From the moment we entered, I learned you have to shout out your order if anyone needs to hear you. Food is ok, but watch out - some draft beers came to us flat. I had leftovers to take home and ask our waitress three times for a container, each time she nodded yea but in the end, she blew me off. If your looking for that noise induced headache, this is your place

Excellent Service, the food is superb, the specials are always served warm and with extra care. The chef is very talented and works hard to get things right!! Each plate is obviously given special attention for appearance. Id highly recommend this Tavern. I love the multiple TVs for sporting events and the staff will gladly appease you in your station sports selection.

First time visiting Bushmill Tavern and it was great!!!! Great customer service!! We were greeted immediately when we walked in and seated quickly. Server was friendly and prompt with drinks and appetizers. We had the duck fat fries, crab dip, chicken tenders and it was all fresh and tasted great! Will definitely visit the Bushmill Tavern again!

Some of the food was good. The nachos were awful...hardly any cheese on them. Our waitress was also bad. Jessica should not be a waitress. She was slow and not attentive. She forgot to put 1 of our orders in. Ive had really good experiences here in the past but today was bad.

High quality food served in a quaint atmosphere. The staff is friendly and the chef clearly knows what hes doing. The prices are in line with the quality of the food and not so much with the style of the restaurant. Still, the tavern is well worth the stop if youre in the area.

Great food, nice local feel. Burgers are awesome, and definitely go with the duck fat fries. If its a fried cheese cake night, do yourself a favor and order it... save your calories up for a trip here though! Karaoke on Wednesdays and trivia on Mondays. Its a great place.

Excellent-Excellent -Excellent!!! Ive been to this bar/restaurant l many times and have yet to experience a bad meal. Best soups ever!! Entire staff very friendly and courteous!!! I truly cant say anything negative regarding the Bushmill Tavern!!! I will be back!!!

I heard about Bush Mill Tavern from the Route 40 Business Association and I had been wanting to try it. A friend and I went there for lunch and it was fantastic! Excellent food, good portion sizes, friendly staff and reasonable prices. We will definitely be back!

The service was slow went during restaurant week my wifes pasta was cold watery and flavorless. So they replaced it with a different meal then acted lick they were doing us a huge favor for not charging us for the pasta no other compensation

Food was pretty good but I ordered a cheese steak with fried onions and I think the onions might of touched the grill for a second. Our waitress was friendly but service was very slow and our food took forever to come out.

Just had the BEST burger i had on a while. Unfortunately i forgot the waitresses name that served me but she had a sleeve of tattoos and was super friendly. I liked her alot. I love the Bushmill Tavern.
