Went here with a couple buddies of mine from school, and every single one of us voted never to return to this horrid place. The staff seemed bored and agitated that customers were in their building, and were downright unfriendly. Due to some people in our group being under 21 and some being over, we had some issues with our waiter, who rudely split our group up into 2 separate tables (we were a party of 5). When we requested that we be moved to another section, and just decided to forget about the alcohol, we landed in a section of the restaurant governed by one of the worst waitresses I have ever dealt with. It took us about 15 min until she took our drink orders, and then another 15 until she came back for our food orders. When one of my buddies went to order, the waitress immediately cut him off! She said she would only take orders in a very specific way, going around the table in a circle at her choosing. Oh, and did I mention that the pricing is ridiculous? Anyone that thinks it is a good deal to pay $12.50 for 10 little wings is out of their mind. The menu is also designed so you have no idea of what you are paying for when you order. So after waiting a good 20+ minutes for our food, it finally arrived. However, the waitress gave us no napkins, and when my friend asked for a fork so he could eat his boneless wings, she pointed to a set of utensils on the other side of the table and told him that they would do just fine! Those utensils belonged to another person, who was opening them up to use them! The last grievance of the night was when my friend asked for a refill on his iced tea, and the waitress returned with water, saying the iced tea machine was out so he was being given water instead. So a customer purchases a beverage, youre all out of it so you give him the free water? Thats just bad business practice right there. He was never offered an alternative to what he paid for. All in all, this is a terrible place to eat. Unfriendly staff, ridiculous prices, and sub par wings. I strongly urge everyone to choose a different place to eat.

I wouldnt return to this Buffalo Wild Wings. Upon entering, you had to walk through about 7 staff members to make your way to the bar. Once at the bar, was greeted quickly but the bartender, and she was great! However, there was ALWAYS at least a few servers/manager standing beside us on the end of the bar chatting about their personal lives or about other employees. Was pretty slow because it was the middle of the day on a Sunday. When I went to the bathroom I had to dodge 2 employees that were walking right towards me and didnt stop to let me pass them, then again had to walk through 7 staff members at the hostess standing all chatting. One girl even had her leg against the wall with her knee bend so I had the walk around her to not get hit my her knee. Then once in the bathroom, the first stall I went had toilet paper on the floor and the sink was a mess (I would think that if there was about 15 employees standing around throughout the restaurant SOMEONE would have time to make sure the bathrooms were clean). Plus the wings were under cooked... We tried it, and will never go back.

Went in with several friends that I had not seen for a quite awhile, with the intention of hanging out for several hours, eating wings, having a couple beers, watching a hockey game, and catching up. After we had been there for over two hours, ordered appetizers and meals, management flagged us on our third round of beers. We werent rowdy or loud or anything, but corporate policy dictated that we werent allowed to have another beer, no matter how long we were planning on staying. The manager didnt even come out to talk to us, just forced the poor embarrassed server to tell us we were cut off. I wont bother going back. Ive been to other BWW locations that were fun and well managed, but this isnt one of them. I feel bad for the staff that has to put up with this kind of management. The wings were good, but I can get good wings elsewhere, and my money will go to local restaurant owners, not to corporate HQ.

Yesterday was the 4th time I was at BWW at this new location. All 4 times the waitress was nice and polite however each time our food took too long and the waitress hardly came back for drink refills. The waitress told us that she cant put "sauce" on extra crispy wings. Ive never heard of this as we always order mild extra crispy. The sauce on the "side" wasnt nearly as good as when its cooked with the wings. Yesterday, there were many tables that were sitting unclean from previous customers, yet there were so many employees just standing around. We ate on the porch and even though there were 10 other empty tables, the employees sat down right beside us for their "lunch break" and gossiped about the management. I found it very disappointing and not something I wanted my children to listen to. The last thing I want to see or hear are employees eating and complaining while I eat with my family.

Horrible service!!! I must have come in on a night that "Gary" wasnt working. Saw a few major health code violations!! Waitress licking her fingers after she boxed up someones wings!! A waitress continued to play with her hair while in kitchen area! Saw a Starbucks cup sitting on service assembly table in kitchen half filled with drinking water and a green straw! Waited forever for our food for everything to come out old and cold!!! Dirty drinking glasses! It was like everyone working that night had already put in their two weeks notice two weeks ago!! Staff was very unfriendly. I didnt feel welcomed and should have turned around and left but it was late and we were starving already. I will never eat here again!! Lesson learned!!!

We came here for lunch as a family and our waitress was so rude. She looked and seemed so annoyed by us, I also I had my child trying to talk to the her and show her his airplanes he was excited about after visiting the black bird air park and she wouldnt even acknowledge my child. I dont expect her to play with my kid and sit there and entertain him I understand she has a job to do, but your taking our orders at least aknowlege him and dont look at him with a death stare. She cleaned up her attitude when I was trying to get her name from her nametag .. stacie..needs to clean up her appearance, attitude and be kid friendly . This is the worst place Ive eaten at as an out of town visitor..she got no tip!

Tried this location 2 times. For the price you pay for a mediocre wings you would expect the service to be a lot better. Both times went there are server was almost none existent, and seemed to get a attitude when asking for a refill (only had 1 refill). Specifically asked for a type of cheese on the fries, and she took it upon herself to put a different type on it. If it is busy, I understand some delay, but it wasnt that bad. Some of the worst service I ever had. I thought the first time was a fluke, but apparently that is the norm. Extremely disappointed, I really wanted this place to be good.
