My husband and I have been trying to get to this establishment for quite some time. We finally had a chance to make it there and our experience was far from what we expected. We came in and was not greeted by anyone. We managed to find seats at the bar. We had a young lady ask us what we were drinking and if we planned on ordering food. While she fixed our drinks we had some time to look over things. She took our order so at this point we are thinking everything is cool. I took a sip of my drink and it had absolutely no alcohol in it. My friend took a sip of her drink and the mix that was used tasted old and out dated. The orange juice mix was sour. I bought this to the attention of the bartender and immediately she got an attitude and had to correct the drink order. From that point the rest of the night we were never attended to. My husband, myself and my friends were ignored and we had to keep asking other workers to assist us. The food was nasty I asked for buffalo wings they were undercooked and with sauce poured over them. At this point we were ready to leave. It took almost 30 minutes of asking to get our bill. When we got the bill we then had items added to the bill that werent even ordered. Yet again we had to get things corrected caused even more attitude. While we were waited for someone to collect our money one of the customers/ waitress threw a drink on my friend and the waitress that it was funny. Her answer was oh its just water The waitress also cursed several times during the evening which was inappropriate. No apology or anything offered. The entire evening she was hanging out with the customers and seemed as though she was under the influence. We felt assaulted at this point we paid our bill and left. On the way out the door one of her friends followed us and tried to fight us in the parking lot. The same waitress that threw the drink was outside as well. Finally it got broken up and we left. Needless to say this establishment needs to hire qualified staff and not staff thats more worried about hanging with their friends and partying and more concern with taking care of their customers needs.

Decided to check this place out on a Monday which was advertised as free kids meal with paying adult. Since my party of 3 had 2 paying adults this should not have been a problem. While being seated I specifically asked about the kids eat free special. I was also told about a drink special so I ordered the drink special. Food arrives & is ok. At no point did the server return to ask if the food was ok or if we needed anything else. We were the ONLY people in the dining area so it is not as though it was busy. Most of the time while we were eating the server stood to the side watching tv. When I asked for the check I was charged for the kids meal & full price for the drinks that I was told were on special. I questioned this, the drink prices were corrected but I was told that I did not order a qualifying entree to receive the free kids meal. Even though I clearly expressed I wanted to take advantage of the free kids meal when I ordered the server failed to inform me of the specifics of the deal until after we are. No where in the printed offer did it specify that 2 of the full adult meals we ordered did not qualify for the kids free meal. Felt like I was mislead with the offer of a special that they would not deliver on. We had planned to return to try other items on the menu however after the false promise of a special & only average food we will not be returning. Far to many better choices & honest restaurants in the area to try this place again.

Went to this "establishment" yesterday with my son and his girlfriend for "Happy Hour". Needless to say no one left "happy". Upon entering we werent greeted by anyone except the host on the restaurant side. Once seated we waited for awhile for the waitress to attend to us. My wife mentioned that this was our first time there and that she was eager to eat, she was immediately cutoff and was asked " What would you like to drink?" really...The whole experience could have been better if the waitress was more attentive. After ordering drinks it was a long while before our food order was takened. We watched as other people entered the bar and were immediately attended to and treated like old friends. When the waitress finally returned to us we all just ordered appertizers( wings, shrimp, chicken tenders and a baked potato). The wings were dry and the shrimp underseasoned and a little tough. The potato also under cooked. I know I wont be returning, when I enter a business and the customer isnt treated like their wanted I refuse to give my money to that business. I hope this helps someone from making the same mistake I did.

This was by far the worst dining experience Ive ever had. Ill try to keep this short. First up were the 5 dollar draft beers which were stale skunky and not cold. Second up was the appetizers 25 minutes later. Then the main dish, a burger which failed to have meat on it. It was a vegetable burger without a patty of any sorts. Cost. $10.99. After voicing my problem, the manager came to take care of it and added a piece of meat to it. Time elapsed from first entering the place until finally eating was 1 hour ten minutes. Mind you, not once did the waitress come by to check up on us or to ask for refills. Finally I get the bill and find an extra $3.00 charge on the bill for the missing beef patty which was their mistake. Needless to say I recommend this place to no one and will never be coming back. There are too many good places to eat in the Baltimore area to SETTLE for sub par food and non existent service.

This place has sucked the last three times Ive been in there. I keep giving it a chance (mostly 98rock radio ads) but it keeps sucking. Its Monday night and the place is empty so why is the bar service so crappy. There is good bar food, bad bar food and lastly Brix Bar food. The burger sliders wouldnt add up to even half the weight of a regular burger, but cost the same. Yes they always have BOGO for a penny beers. The catch is you have to wait 30 mins to find your server to get your penny beer. The icing on the cake was being charged for the free Monday kids meal for my toddler. We ordered the kids food before we saw the big poster on the wall that says "kids eat free Monday" its was only $8 but not wanting to see my servers face again I just paid and we left, for the last time. I never write reviews but I left this place so angry I felt I needed to share. Brix has robbed me for the last time.
