Worst place ever, ordered food online told me 4:20 .. Go in too wait an hour for the order too completely wrong, I specifically ordered boneless & traditional combo with notes, "Chicken not fried hard", and they give me my order baked. Im like I never even know BWW sold baked wings. All the manager could do was refund me, oh sorry about that... smh never again I will go too white Marsh branch before ever coming too bel air, I stood there an hour watching the cashier constantly wipe his nose then touch the register, I saw the other cashier start here her hair and the put the ice in the container, and the cook came from back , yawned in his hand then stuck his hand in the ice container and fixed soda. Very filthy unprofessional experience. Im calling the head corporate and let them know the manager has glasses and still cannot read proper English..

For fear of retribution or personal attack I am not writing this review under my real name. I am already unemployed and cannot afford any further drama. I loved working here everyone was so friendly and a pleasure to work with. I had to quit because Steve Meek sexually harassed me and gave me false promises of promotions. It wasn tlong before I caught on to his game. He looked my employee file up and was texting me after hours outside of work, I then blocked his number. He then requested me on Facebook and started to message me. Then I blocked him on Facebook and he began to message me through hot schedules. It became so bad I actually had to walk out of my job. BEWARE of working here with this guy!

Watch out for Big Brother --- I ordered a beer with a hamburger for a weekday lunch, and though I am 71, they demanded my ID!!!! This place is like the TSA in airports, they are confusing lunch with terrorism. There is no excuse for discourtesy like this. Why do they do it? Are they trying to get rid of all old people because they want a young clientele? All their waitresses and waiters wear Tampa Bay color sports clothes, which does not make much sense in Maryland, Id say. This is a really terrible place, part of the ever-growing invasion of privacy and control, control, control.

I thought the wait to sit was reasonable, but the service was horrid. Our girl checked on us right after someone brought us our food, but never came back. We had to wave down other servers to get water, napkins, etc. I understand working a party of 10+ but you still have other tables. She brought us our bill after I cleared the table stacking plates at the end to get someone attention. several servers just walked by bc it wasnt their table. Maybe now she will know why she got a lackluster tip..

After waiting for a long time for our food(about 30mins or longer), only my familys food come out first which leaves me watching them eat. 5 mins after their food arrive mine come out with hair melted in the cheese of my chicken sandwich and my fries were cold. The waitress apologize and returned with a new sandwich and hot fries. Management came and took my entire meal off the bill. First and last experience....I still have the picture. I wish I could copy and paste it.

I went around 4 I think it was start of happy hour. The restaurant wasnt busy but there were a few dirty tables though even though there seem to be many employees around. I got house margarita which was not good at all. I also got some wings which I ate 1 I think and left. I didnt particularly like the wings and was very disappointed being as though its a "wing" place. This was my second time and the last time I wasnt pleased either. Doubt Ill go again

So far so good. I went there three times in 9 days on my "stay-cation" from work. I ordered buffalo wings for carry-out each time and everything was fine. My wings were sauced enough (unlike other reviews Ive read) and the my longest wait was 15 minutes. About to order carry-out again right now for lunch. Although this is a weekday, not a Friday night or weekend which I would expect a longer wait as with any food place.

Too loud. Cavernous venue so sound carries an the TV us too loud. Can not have a conversation of any kind. Some good deals but the wings, as in the namesake of this business, are never sauced enough. They will, however, be happy to sell you some extra sauce. Would have only given it one star but I did have a good burger and they have one of my favorite beers on tap. Which is why I have given it a few chances.

About last night: I had a large order of traditional wings , and in the basket three different seasoned wings. I had 5 Asian Thai (good); 10 Carribean Jerk (good), and 5 Curry (good) seasoned all perfect. They did that!!! Lots of meat on the wings. Good grade of chicken, too. I did not get any bruised meat with my chicken...; thats important me. My side salad was delicious. 5 stars to BWW!!

Usually good drinks. Food is standard for a bar/pub. Nothing outstanding but not completely trash. Tonight was substantially different. Chips with salsa were cold. Cup with salsa was dirty as if they used it to scoop out the salsa from the pot. Then to top it off, I had a hair on in my food. Gross!!!!! Normally I would have given this place a 3.5 or 4 for being decent. WTH happened tonight????

One of my favorite places to go grab a bite with friends. Very clean and up to date. Service is good and the waiters are very friendly. Im not into sports but my friends and I go every Sunday after youth group at our church. We love it and they love having us (even when theres 40 of us). The prces are reasonable and the foo is great.

This place is hit or miss. Sometimes its great and other times it sucks. That goes with the staff aswell. Their wings most of the time are hardly covered with the sauce. Why do I keep going? I ask myself this every time I go there lol. I think ill just buy their sauces and make my own for now on.

It would have been an amazing experience if I wouldnt have been sitting at the bar having a good time with my husband and seen the bartender count and touch the man next to me food! And to put the cherry on top she then asked us if we wanted some food!!!!! Uhhhh no thank you!!!!!!

The one in bel air is better then some others I have been too but the wings are small and NEVER sauced enough I had to ask for extra sauce twice! A no no for me at a wing place. Good drink prices tho....if you want awesome wings go across the street to bel air billiards

The service can sometimes take awhile, but the food is good, there are tons of things to watch, and we love going there to play their interactive games on screen. The atmosphere is loud, but we go during game times. Overall good place for a night out.
