The Sandwich Factory Sports Lounge needs Bar Rescue and Jon Taffer. First impressions were generally favorable, but now that Ive had 10 days to think about my visit, conclusions are different. We came at lunch on a Friday. First thing I noticed when we walked was smoke pouring from the kitchen. Not a good sign.We seated ourselves. We were asked for drinks, and the water came quickly. Menu was busy and cluttered, almost too many things to choose from. Server was quick to take order. Everything else went down hill from here. Food: We must have waited 25 minutes or more for our food, two sandwiches, seriously. When the sandwiches, steak sandwich and a Cuban pulled pork, arrived, thats all we got. No chips. No pickle. Just sandwiches. Nearly eight bucks each, with no added value. The sandwiches had large fresh buns (best part) and a below average amount of meat in each. I easily discarded a third of my bun. The Cuban was largely dry, but the meat had good taste. The steak sandwich was ordered with lettuce, tomato, and mayo, which made it more moist. Yet measure of meat was small, and sometimes chewy. Decor: Im guessing the interior is supposed convey a warehouse/slash factory scene. Though newly renovated it looked disorganized with mixed motifs. The large wide windows were nice, but didnt fit with factory idea Service: For what little service we actually had it was adequate. When asked we service was so slow, the answer was that we were busy. They werent all that busy. And you think a sandwich factory would be prepared for Friday lunch, but not this place. The two positives: 1) Fresh buns, 2) A moderate selection of take out craft beer.

I just paid $7.20 for the Milanesa Panini and had one bite, threw it away and left hungry. The staff (the one person there) was nice, however this sandwich was horrible. I am not exaggerating when I say that the steak on this sandwich looked like beef jerky, and had the same incredibly tough texture. I would give this two thumbs down, three, if I had an additional thumb. Definitely do not recommend going here, and if you do, definitely do not order the Milanesa Panini as you will be grossed out and confused.

Holy crap! Thing place is absolutely amazing for food! Great subs, burgers and sandwiches! I cant believe how much you get and how good it is and all at great prices. Only down sides were; When I left I was so full I didnt eat for the rest of the day and the atmosphere got a little non-kid friendly after sundown. All in all I was full and so was my wallet so I was happy all the way around!

I stopped by the Sandwich Factory on a whim this week and was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming. The staff were polite, quick and unobtrusive. But the ham hoagie (Im not an adventurous eater)...was absolutely awesome! It was flavorful, well constructed and not skimpy at all. Prices were reasonable. My new favorite sandwich shop! When youre name is the sandwich factory you would think the focus would be on making a awesome sandwich. The waitresses would rather stand around chatting than doing their job. Its pretty sad when I have to find the waitress to get my check after waiting for 10 minutes with less then 5 people in the restaurant and find all of them standing around talking.

My wife and I visited this place a while back and it was awesome. My wife loved the chicken salad sandwich and said it was one of the best shes tasted. Ive tried the cuban sandwich and the chicken cheese steak and they are out of this world. I would highly recommend this place especially when the cooks Mike or Nef are around...

The staff here is very friendly, knowledgeable and do just the right amount of hovering. The drinks stay filled but Im not telling them that Im alright every five minutes, which I appreciate. The environment is laid back and fun while clean and comfortable. Prices are reasonable considering the impressive quality of the food.

As soon as I walked in one of the cooks looked at me like I did something wrong , he had a mean look on his face, then to top it off I get a chicken ranch wrap which had like 4 little pieces of chicken barely any ranch. Horrible for the money you pay! I put that on my neh list for sure! This place doesnt even deserve a star!

I was there a couple of days ago and had very good service. I had the Cuban sandwich and it tasted just like the one I had in Miami. My parents had a cheesesteak and a Greek chicken salad and they both enjoyed their food. Overall great place to eat, good atmostphere and very good service.

Insurance broker From west Chester : The place is nice. the buffalo chicken cheesteak was perfect it hit the spot. Very clean place and close to Rt 222.The only complaint that I have was the loud and rude guy sitting behind me, some people should not eat out.... Great Deli

Its ok. The location is convenient, but there is nothing that really sells the place. The beer list is ok the service is ok, the food is ok. The atmosphere is a little cold and industrial and the bar generally empties out around 10:00.

Went on a Sunday evening to talk with friends. There was a live band that was extremely loud . We were sitting in the back and still couldnt hear each other. The band was good but we were there to talk.

Place is consistently good but nothing amazing. They also have some issues with speed when they are packed which is basically every weekend. A great place though if you are in the mood for a sandwich or wrap.

Stopped by on a Tuesday afternoon. It was a relaxing environment with a contemporary decor. The service was friendly and quick. Had pizza and it was wonderful. Has a billiards table and to go service.

Nice sandwich joint. I get a hoagie here before a night shift. Very yummy and not too wet. They dont skimp on the meat, they pile it high and proud. The sports bar is nice too, very well kept.

Went here for the first time last weekend. Food was great...had the BLT...onlu complaint was it needed more mayo. Great atmosphere...watch the game while you eat. Customer service was great!

Overall: not recommended. I end up coming here occasionally for a lunch time deviation from my typical favorites. I am usually met with unhappy service and mediocre food.

Watch out for the chubby bartender , red bull and a heineken 18 $ rip off!!!!! You got to watch if you leave your drink and go for smoke it will be gone !!!

Very good experience, they were able to handle a walk-in group of 20 us with very few hiccups. And on a Friday. Will be back.
