I just ordered sushi for pick up, and learned that 20 minutes means 20 minutes from when you actually show up to pick up the food, they didnt have rice made was the explanation I got for the delay. Surprisingly they didnt have any rice ready to make sushi. At a Chinese restaurant at 12:30 on a Saturday, It felt like I needed to be almost combative to actually get when I ask for at the time they said it would be ready. The food might be OK, the sushi was good, but the aggravation to actually get the food means I wont be coming back. I was worried that I wouldnt be able to eat three rolls of sushi and soup before my lunch break at school was up, but I did not understand how small the rolls would be and I was fine considering how quickly I wolfed them down. The miso soup was weird. Didnt eat it.

My wife and I went to this restaurant hoping that it would be an improvement over the previous bad experince we had a while ago. Im always excited to try independent place, and usually have nothing but the best wishes for a family-run place just getting off the ground. That said, they got my wifes order wrong and made no offer to correct it, and I was distracted by the grittiness of my soup and entree. I think they need to learn to wash all their vegetables. Considering the various sources of produce served in this country, it doesnt help for me to spend my meal wondering if Ill fall ill later in the day. Chicken pieces had chewy tissue in them. I honestly hope they can improve the quality of their food and their customer service, so they can enjoy the rewards of their efforts.

My first time ordering delivery from Win Wah! I ordered Crab Rangoon, and the General to platter with egg drop soup, an egg roll and pork fried rice. My meal was DELICIOUS. I read in other reviews that the General Tsos chicken tends to be sweet so I asked them to make it spicy and they sure delivered! Everything was hot, like they just made it. Delivery was prompt. The egg roll was the only thing I was disappointed about, a little dry... everything else was so good though, Im glad I didnt finish it! Definitely will order again.

I am 45 had been going to this place since i was 7. Have not been there in over a year was looking forward to it they had the best fried rice. Not anymore they killed any good ratings i had for them. That was my last visit i took my daughters there somehow they knew it was my oldest daughters birthday they brought out a huge plate of sherbert for them it was a great staff then. Now it is teenagers and one poor girl doing the serving. The place has fallen victim to the we dont care generation. I will miss you Win Wah

Im giving this a five for the vast improvement in their Chinese offerings. I had the chicken and black mushrooms lunch special that was fresh and excellent with the right texture and taste of sauces. I cant vouch for the Sushi here lately, since the last time I tried it a good eight months ago I wasnt impressed. I also never tempted delivery from them, since they are right across the street from where I work anyway.

Ordered sushi for take out. The simple rolls were ok but not great. I had a problem- the description of Fancy roll on the menu link connected to this doesnt say anything spicy goes in it, and got a roll full of spicy sauce. Im breastfeeding and cant eat any spicy food. Called the restaurant that said I should look on the menu from the restaurant next time... But there wont be next time.

I walked in and ordered a General Tsos lunch special with fried rice & wonton soup for take-out. My order was ready within 10 minutes and the staff was very nice. All of the food was good, except that I am used to Tsos having a bit more kick. The sauce was more sweet than spicy. Certainly the better of the two Chinese food restaurants I have found within walking distance of work.

DO NOT GET DELIVERY!! I just waited 1.75 hours for food for TWO people. Unbelievable. We made multiple calls to Win Wah and received absolutely no help or direction whatsoever. The food was hot & delicious but lets be serious, NO food is worth a 2 hour wait on a Sunday night. Extremely, extremely disappointed & will definitely order Chinese elsewhere from now on.

Ordered online, but ended up paying in store. Probably dont need an actual credit card when purchasing online.. Just raises an eyebrow what they will do with that card. Ordered Beef and Broccoli. It was okay. The steamed rice wasnt what I expected, more like a barley rice. All in all, I will go back, but Id rather go to some lunch places before here.

I find the food to be great... and the guy at the front desk... horrific. Just rude. What does it take for the young boy to acknowledge I have spent money in his work place... and to say thank you... or to answer the phone in a way... where I dont have to say "Is this Win-Wah?" "yes..." doesnt get it done. So food good... guy at desk... jerk.

Good food at reasonable prices. Delivery policy is awful. Have ordered from them 3 times a month, on average, and never had an issue. Today they called me to cancel my order because they didnt have another delivery in the area. Since they charge for delivering that shouldnt matter. They just lost me as a customer.

Not very good Japanese food. I got a sushi roll and it tasted like a roll I can buy at the supermarket. I also got the beef udon noodles and they were not that good. Guess thats why their prices are so low compared to higher quality Japanese restaurants. Also took an hour for my delivery.

This restaurant does not have a very good example of General Tsos chicken. I am not sure that I actually have a seafood allergen, but they also gave me a shrimp roll instead of an egg roll. It was pretty disgusting. I do not think I will ever go there again......

Food is good, but not excellent. This has to be the most unfriendly staff I have ever seen at ANY type of restaurant, however. Not a smile found among any of them. But once again, food is decent and a good price.

Ordered food from Win Wah today! I order General Taos Chicken and Steamed Dumpling with some sushi rolls, I cant believe how delicious the food was, and the sushi is fresh and tasty!! Definitely will order again!

Win Wah is great. Every time I get delivery its hot, fresh and delicious! A Conshy staple. The eat-in service is also very nice, no bar though. Go for the Vegetable Mei Fun and any of their soups.

Food is great and reasonable! I live in Bridgeport and they deliver to me. Got sick of the bad Chinese delivery food in Bridgeport. Agree that the staff is rude, but Ill take the good food.
