MANAGER RUINS EVENING!! If you think you may spill your drink, this is not the place to come. Prior to placing our order, my date accidentally hit her drink and broke the glass…..and felt quite embarrassed. A few minutes after the waiter cleaned the table, the manager came over and asked for an explanation of what happened. His aggressiveness was quite surprising, especially when he then asked my date how many drinks she had already consumed, which was only ½ of one drink. At this point, my date was very humiliated and started to tear up. The manager (Alex) didn’t back off and kept playing policeman. She asked why he was asking these questions and his response was “that it was the policy of the restaurant to ask and make sure that individuals weren’t drinking too much and if so, they would not be served any more liquor”. My date was so upset that she asked me to take her home. I told the manager that I had never witnessed anything like this in my life and requested that he leave the table as he had already done enough damage and ruined our carefully planned evening. He continued to stand there, said nothing, offered no apology… and finally left. As we were leaving (a few minutes later), I related the incident to a person who was also in management, who offered an apology on behalf of the restaurant (Dave). He was also kind enough to give us a generous credit for use at one of several affiliated eating establishments, including Seasons 52 in Cherry Hill….a place that I have visited often and enjoy.

This meal at Seasons 52 was a classic example of poor service, ruining a night out despite otherwise pretty decent food. To get down to it, the food was good but should have been more refined given the price. Snow peas and snap peas had the tough stem ends on them and werent peeled. This is a simple task any basic home cook would do. It just shows laziness. I ended up peeling them myself with sauce on them and all to save from spitting them out. The real issue however was the terrible service. Our knives were taken away and new ones were not brought back. Waters were never refilled. We had actually had wanted 2nd glasses of wine but by the time our server returned to check on us, we were done eating and too annoyed to think about padding the bill any further. She only asked us how things were once when the food first came out and we had not had a bite yet. I dont know if she was having a bad day but we could have ordered from a wawa kiosk and gotten better service.

We had dinner on a Saturday night after shopping at the King of Prussia Mall. There was a long wait and quite a few customers in the bar seemed to have had a little too much to drink. We were told if we wanted to find a place to sit in the bar area we were welcome to it but there was no seating and nobody was leaving. Quite a few people were complaining about being charged for things they did not get which also happened to us. Our server was excellent. The manager came by our table constantly asking us about our meal and if he could get anything for us. It seemed a bit awkward and overbearing and made it impossible to relax and enjoy our meal. The manager gave us a complimentary appetizer coupon which could help to take the sting out of a pricy bill. Our overall experience was excellent so we would go back, however as I mentioned it was quite expensive so we can only afford on special occasions to eat at Seasons 52.

I love this place. Its one of my favorites now. Im fairly new coming here, but every time Ive been here Ive been extremely happy and enjoyed everything! I love the premise of the restaurant too using brick oven open fire grilling and mainly foods that are in season and sustainable, and they even have a decent, good selection to offer for food allergies and intolerances. The wait staff has always been excellent, as with the food from the freshness, taste and the presentation. My husband loved the lamb, and Ive loved the salmon and the scallops are the best! Their salads, guacamole and flat breads were superb too! I attended a party upstairs and the food and wait staff was just as excellent and attentive as downstairs. The sliders and lamb lollipops were awesome at the party, as were the little desserts. This place is definitley one of my main choices to go when dining out.

The atmosphere was great, with dim lighting and nice lamps. On Saturday it was busy and Id recommend a reservation. We had a reservation for 8:45, but arrived around 7:30 and asked if we could be seated sooner. We ended up getting a drink at the bar to enjoy the singer pianist until 8:15. I wouldnt bet on doing that again though, it was still busy. I got the cedar plank salmon and it was one of the best salmon Ive had. My only complaint is that for the price, the amount of food is not very much. The size of my salmon was great, but not that many vegetables on the side. We had an appetizer too, but a basket of bread or something complementary to the table would have been nice. A lot of people come here for the calorie control though, so maybe its against their restaurant ideals.

I went here based on a recommendation, and was completely glad I did. The atmosphere was nice, and the piano bar certainly livens up the room. First off, the restaurant touts that the meals are relatively low calorie, so if you are looking to gorge yourself (no shame in it), you would be better off somewhere else. To be clear though, the food was amazing, just not giant portions. This would be the type of place where an appetizer is recommended. It was my anniversary and I mentioned it to the manager who asked how the meal was. He congratulated us, and sent over two glasses of champagne and a nice little card. You can get a decent meal at a lot of places, but that truly made it a special dining experience for me. Would definitely recommend.

I am in LOVE with this place! And for 3 good reasons: 1. Amazing & delicious food (thats healthy and every single dish in the menu is under 500 calories). They have the best desserts too! 2. Delightful & classy ambiance. On top of that they have different singers perform live with a beautiful grand piano located at the bar/lounge. 3. Outstanding service. Every server Ive had so far has been perfect. I am a regular here (at least twice a month) and over the months Ive come to realize that management and ALL of the staff will go ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure you leave here happy and satisfied. What else can I say? If you are in the King of Prussia area and havent been here yet, you HAVE to come.

The good, my server was very kind, and the key lime dessert at the end was very nice. The bad, I ordered the chicken. It came out dry, and on top of a pile of flavorless vegetables. The veg had no seasoning whatsoever. Reminded me of the veg I used to feed to my dog when I was little. Very disappointing. I also ordered the asparagus-which wasnt bad, but it had the taste of a dirty grill. I sat in the bar area, where I debated leaving after the servers at the bar talked about eating bad fish the night before, couldnt find anyone to work for her, so she would be making frequent trips to the bathroom. Wish I had just left.
