Heres the deal: I was here with my 4 friends this morning. It was super busy as is expected on a saturday morning. We were seated very quickly. Our server was INCREDIBLE! She was really nice and funny and super in depth with everything we needed. She even split the check 5 different ways with no issue. Like how incredible is that? The only bad thing is that when I got home, the awful pain in my tummy caused a shock that hurt not only my digestive track, but my soul. I was pooping IMMEDIATELY. and then was bent over the toilet heaving for ten minutes, trying to vomit up the delicious belgian waffle and green pepper and onion hash, but to no avail. So sadly here I am, writing this review with a terrible pain in my stomach. So yeah. mixed reviews. would I go back again? probably not.

Went there for breakfast and the service was less than mediocre. Our waitress was curt and dismissive. I was prepared to cut her some slack just in case she was coming off a long night shift (everyone has bad days) but I observed as she interacted very well with her other tables. She smiled, came by often to check on them, offered refills of water and coffee. Walked right past me each time, I couldnt believe it. From the time we received our food I didnt see her again until she slapped the bill on the table. Even a glass of water, I had to request at the end of the meal. It was upsetting and disappointing to say the least. I almost left no tip but decided to protest with my patronage. Next time I visit Sesame Ill eat someplace else.

The food is good as always at IHOP. Chicken fajita omelette is to die for. But that is not the reason you should go. You should go so you can be taken care of by the incredible server Mercedes. She is so sweet and makes sure that you have everything you could possibly need. She remembers your order from before if you wish to have the same thing. Even if the restaurant is packed and she stays completely busy she never misses a beat. You will feel as if you are the only patron there. I would go back over and over if I lived here but I was just visiting family but the week that I was here I ate nowhere else just because I wanted to have her as my server.

Large party of 12 went to breakfast this morning. Two pieces of what looked to be porcelain were found with a hash brown. Thank goodness it was an adult eating from that plate who noticed it rather than one of the kids with us. We gave it to the waitress who gave it to the manager. He said he would check the whole kitchen. Also, waitress had to take back soda because she noticed there was something floating in there while placing it on our table. One of the orders of waffles were cold and had to be taken back to be heated up. Not a good experience.

I stop in here a half dozen times a year and always have a consistent experience: the ham, egg, and cheese sandwich and the omelettes are always excellent, and huge too. There is always leftovers. Service is always good. The bathrooms really need some attention though. There is always knuckleheads camping out on the toilets stinking the place up, which is bad enough, but it seems like they only clean up in there once a day. There is always water puddles on the sink, trash overflowing, napkins in the floor etc. I avoid it.

I had an excellent, five - star breakfast today. It was about noon, which I point out because after 11am, most Diners have limited breakfast offerings. My server was top notch. When I asked him if I could substitute a fresh fruit cup in place of hash browns, he said "yes" without hesitation. I like that. Its great service and it tells me that management allows employees to make decisions on their own. This IHOP location is especially good. Ive eaten here a number of times and its always been excellent. -Stew

I ordered the smokehouse combo, my smoled sausage was very salty. I ordered eggs well done with cheese but they came out not too well. The waitress was nice and tried to help by taking them back, but it seems like they just microwaved them until the cheese was cooked out and hard. I just kept them and not eat them. My hash browns was very hard but I ate them any way. The pancakes was very good as expected. This is my first time at this location and not my best experience at ihop.

I had the worst breakfast this morning. Every thing came on a separate plate. Same plate were the eggs another the meat which was cold and another the toast and no home fries. I told one girl I wanted home fries never saw her again. And took everything back but both times the eggs were loaded with butter and they were brown along the edges. By that time I didnt even want it and the meal didnt even look good. Who ever the cook is he needs to go.

Well first and foremost customer service experience NOT GOOD....if it wasnt for the fact that my 16yrs and my 2yrs old was hungry i would of walked away and went somewhere else.....Hiw can these waitress work in a place where, there is ppl with families....this is a snack to the reputation of ihop.... Its a shame.....

Not really a fan of this store. The guy who runs the place is very rude. Most of the wait staff clearly doesnt want to be there I think because of what an a*s hole their boss is. Also the place is clearly starting to show its age. The only reason I gave it any stars at all is because the food is usually good.

Great food and great prices. The serving sizes are huge. This is my favorite place to come when I just want to sit down and chat with a friend. Especially around brunch time on weekdays. It gets really quiet since its not a popular time to go over the school year and you dont have to worry about loud kids.

We have been waiting over an hour for a table of 10 (bride, groom, wedding party). Several tables of 4 have been called up who had arrived long after Us. We were promised 20 minutes. Poor customer service. Small lobby. Not organized or large enough for their demand. Go elsewhere on a Sunday.

Completely terrible....we asked to not be seated by a group of loud children. The hostess laughed and put us next to a screaming baby when the place was half empty. The cream was sour for the coffee. The waitress was more interestrd in olaying on her phone then helping us....disgraceful.

This was ABSOLUTELY THE BEST IHOP experience Ive had in years. The server was GREAT and the food quality and temperature was also GREAT....Quality of Experience was so GREAT that I left a tip 50% of what the bill was for me and my family. KEEP UP TGE GOOD WORK, because it is Noticed

Some days the food is great, other days it leaves you wanting something more. I guess it depends on cooks. This IHOP is clean and well maintained especially compared too some in the city. The waitresses are always nice and pleasant, dont have any complaints there.
