I was so disappointed today when i called a very rude person rushed me through my order then i asked to speak to the owner "Sandy" she said sorry "BUT" its hot, were busy because its lunchtime. I get that but Im a customer to and i deserve the same respect as patrons visiting the location. Sometimes when theres bad customer service, 30 years business or not honor your mission statement. And most importantly treat all customers with respect and dont make excuses for unprofessional behaviors because your short handed. Remember those PATRONS who have supported your business for 30 years!! #Localcustomer
