This is one place i will never go nor recommend to my enemies! Horrible horrible service. No idea about food! I ordered to take out Kung Pao Chicken for my husband and i ordered Sigapore noodles and specified vegetarian only and no meat in my noodles. I come home and see the singapore noodles has chicken, pork and shirmp! I called them up and explained who i was and that i just came sometime ago and my noodles has meat. The lady who took my order said it typically comes with meat and then said good bye and banged the phone! Never go to them please!

My family decided to try this place for take out the other night. Everyone thought the food was just okay. For example, the chicken lo mein I tried was bland and didnt have a lot of chicken or vegetables. The maki was nothing special and similar to what you could get at a supermarket that has takeaway rolls. We had several appetizers and they were similarly passable, without being particularly good or bad. Its difficult to recommend when there are better options in the area.

I have been coming to Charming Garden for years, and last nights excellent sushi was just another great experience. The chinese food is good, and unlike many chinese/japanese combinaton restaurants, the sushi is just great- very tasty and fresh tasting. The waitstaff is extremely attentive and friendly, the atmosphere is comfortable, and the bathrooms are very clean. Chocolate dipped fortune cookies are a nice variation on a classic, and a great way to end your meal.

I never write reviews but this experience warrants one- it was absolutely atrocious. I had the food to go, ordered the chicken bento box and the chicken was entirely under cooked to the point of being dangerous to eat. I was extremely dissatisfied and the establishment when called offered little remedy and was neither helpful nor apologetic. I will not be going back.

Not so charming when it comes to service.Server forgot to bring 1 of the appetizers.served with palm over my bowl not under. Not once during our meal did he ask was everything was ok but he did sit on the computer as we ate.i also got an attitude when I said I need more time to decide on what we wanted.never again.food was bland and forgetable.

Dont waste your time here. Poor customer service. The lady that picked up the phones sounds like she hates her job. I asked if they could substitute one of the items and she cut me off without trying to accommodate my request. There are better places around like Golden China.

Not only is the food great, but the charming staff and relaxing, zen-like atmosphere make this place a pleasant dining experience. The sushi is fresh and the portions are generous.

Way over priced. Small portions. Asked for fried wonton and they gave me steamed dumpling. Spent almost $15 and Im still starving
