This experience doesnt even deserve a star. First of all today was my graduation and we decided to drive 36 minutes to this restaurant for them to not serve us until 1 hour of waiting we were a party on 10 and yes we were a big party but to not even hand us the menus as soon as we sat down or anything. We kept asking for our drinks and didnt get them until 30 mins later. We had to interrupt a worker sitting with a different party to give us our drinks. My mother in law took out order and she doesnt even work there she handed it to the waitress and we got brought our food 45 mins later and still missing food. At the end we asked for our check and say it was a lot but we wanted to make sure we were charged correctly like we always check at any other restaurant. We were charged $12 more and the waitresses seemed upset that we wanted to make sure everything was charged correctly. We took about 20 mins trying to figure out how much the check was and the owner came out and said he didnt care how much we payed in a very rude way. Saying he could careless if we paid $20 or not. He approached very unprofessional he just lost 3 families. We ended up paying around $165 and we still left $40 tip. We will never be returning here and wouldnt recommend to anyone. They should organize the staff more.

Waitress was nice but food was very disappointing! Lets start with chicken soup. There were two options for "ckn soup" on menu, sopa de pollo and ckn broth or caldo. I ordered the sopa because I didnt want just broth. When you think of soup you think of fresh, healthy. The amount of oil and coloring from seasoning the soup was disgusting and there was nothing in it but little pieces of chicken, no rice, noodles, veggies, potatoes, nothing! I love shrimp ordered Camarones a la diabla, shrimp was so undercooked I spit it out, as well as, a piece of my husbands pork chop. I had to ask for beans that came with my platter. The chicken tenders are patty nuggets, groce, I dont even by that for my house, let alone expect to be served this at a restaurant. The restaurant aloud a man who appeared to be on something and recently beaten come up to our table in front of our children and invade my husbands personal space, touching him and begged for food. Of course, we agreed we were not going to deny another human being food. He sat at table looking directly at us mumbling things about our family. He then went over to another table and collected money. Not once did restaurant staff approach or say anything to this man.

By the overall rating I was ready for an excellent dining experience. Unfortunately tonight was far from excellent. The service was atrocious. Tables seated after us were waited on first and received everything before us. We sat at our table for 15 minutes before a server asks, "Uh have you guys been sitting here awhile?" We answered Yes and then she walked away and we waited another 10 minutes for our waitress to walk over. Food took 25 minutes to come out and it was not even hot -- luke warm at best. Our waitress was no where to be found until we were done eating. Two stars for the guy playing guitar. I really hope this experience was the exception and not the norm. Will not return.

I have been here many times since they opened and have always had a great meal . I have told many people about how good the food is here . However , last night we went to dinner and my gf ordered the mole poblana platter and I a spicy pork burrito . When it came to the table I asked for a slice of lime . The waitress brought me 5 slices when I was half way through my burrito . I really only wanted one slice and that was all I ate . When I looked at the bill I was charged $3 for 5 slices of lime . I can buy 10 limes for $1 . I dont think I will ever go back . Sad but I feel that was way out of line . A slice of lime should have come with the burrito .

Food was alright, and the place is very clean. However, there were probably 25 people in the room, but we were all crammed into one side, and I was about 10 inches away from the person at the table next to me. Food took just over half hour to come out, which isnt too bad considering how busy it was. Brought it up from 3 to 4 stars because I saw that the owner responds to their reviews, which is the sign of a good owner who isnt some cheapskate looking for a quick buck. Overall: Cramped, a bit pricey, but very clean and good food.

The food here is very authentic and absolutely delicous. I have been twice now and really enjoyed everything my and my friend have ordered. Only complaint I could possibly have is getting charged 2 Diarra for a side of chopped jalapeños, thats exorcise and shouldnt be an extra charge. But the food is very good and not unreasonably priced.

Great food and service. Live music and authentic food. Worst part is trying to decide what to eat as everything is super delicious. The nachos are wonderful. They come with 3 dipping sauce. Green chile, chiptole and refried beans. Do you like a little Mexican in your life then hop on over to mariachi Loco!

YES! I love this place, and stop here every time I head to the Jersey Shore. Everything on the menu is delicious. If you go on weekend nights they sometimes have live music. My advice: get the pechuga a la crema - its one of the tastiest things Ive ever had... But everything on the menu is really good.

Food was excellent, but the music was so loud that we couldnt even hear each other talk. I mean it was LOUD!!!! We asked if it could be turned down a bit and was told yes, but that never happened. It really ruined the whole experience! As much as I love the food here, I dont think I will be back.

Amazing authentic Mexican food. Some of the best Mexican I had in south Jersey. Massive menu to choose from! The staff is young and quick with their service. It was a sunday around 1 and they had a man playing acoustic guitar. Was so lovely!

The food is very good. We went on Saturday night it was very busy. It took long time for the food. There is live music. Sever are very friendly. Even if you have to wait 20 mins for the food. I will come again.

Clean, pleasant atmosphere. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. This was the best, most authentic Mexican food weve had since leaving California 10 years ago. We will definitely be returning.

The food here is great! The staff is usually very accommodating. I think theyve recently been training new staff and some arent as attentive as others. They have live music usually on the weekends.
