“Good in taste... nice ambience... best rest in and around exton... avoid the buffet.” I had tried both ala carte and buffet... buffet exp was horrible as we had been there on Friday and rush was like anything... every damn item on the list was either empty or replaced by another thing. I did not get a chance to taste starter/desserts... it was finished by 12:45 pm. We even talked to a manager but he was like "we never faced this much rush..." so that was the excuse. Apart from this, the food was really good in taste. Ginger chicken kabab was amazing and so was their Thai stir fry... they have live naan counter. Options are very less, means just one starter in non-veg and you call this buffet. Ala carte exp was good... And its recommended

One of the worst experience. I went there Sunday afternoon to try their buffet. Vegetarian options are very limited but no problem, I can live with that but service was worst. Three waiters were useless as they standup at the corner and making fun of customers. We wanted to order more nan so we tried to give them holler. They just looked at us and giggles and no response after that.We called manager and he bring us nan. Me and my wife checked out immediately. How can someone hire people like them is beyond my belief. Never coming back for sure. Let my friend know how bad are they when it comes to customer service.

We ordered food for my friends party over last weekend. Noodles were spoiled when we open the tray at home (such a bad smell..). We called Manager to inform, but without saying sorry for their mistake, asked to bring the sample to restaurant. When I bring whole tray to restaurant, their answer was vegetables were spoiled. Nobody in party eat well and concerned about kids health because of such a bad food. Our impression was they provide quality food even though they little expensive. But realized, they are not good anymore, rude and irresponsible. We never suggest this restaurant food again to anybody...

We dine here at least twice a month if not more!! It all starts with the service.. Sebastian runs the place with good team of people who provide excellent service. Chef Karthik has excellent culinary skills and his flavorful cooking is a treat to your taste buds. Our favorite dishes are Veggie Chettinad, Malai Kofta, Kottu Paratha and Naan topped with green chilies !! The ambience is really good for family dining and for small parties. I threw a Christmas party (2015) for my team of 50 people , and they did an awesome job. I scored 5 stars with my team!!

I recommend this place. The main problem is not to eat too much from the buffet because the food is too good! The deserts are exceptional. One problem is that you have to wait in line to get to the buffet and the other is that it is not clear what the buffet costs until you pay. We did not even get a bill. I do think that the food is in line with what other restaurants charge for food that is this excellent and is all you can eat (for the buffet). It is not expensive. Not by West Chester standards anyway. This is gourmet Indian and Thai food!

The food is incredible!, better than your average Indian restaurant. The owner is very nice and the cost was very fair. We (my wife and I) dont think the food is too pricey, its not cheap, but I wouldnt say that its very expensive, the entrees are around 13-20, so pretty normal range. I just wanted to share how great it is and to give a different opinion about the price then the previous reviewer... If you like Indian or Thai food, then you have to give it a try.

Nunca habia comida India y me dio curiosidad y entre a este lugar ya que tenia un buen rating y buffet. El buffet no es muy extenso para el precio que tiene. Pero la comida estaba rica.

This is by far the worst I have had in a very long time. In terms of Indian food, it the worst food. The chicken was mostly bone, fat, and cartilage. The selection was minimal. There was no selection of Thai food so the "thai cuisine" is very misleading. The line for the buffet was about a 15-20 min wait to get your food. It was ridiculous. This is the most disgusting and inefficient restaurant ever.

Went for the lunch buffet cause was interested in the Thai part of the cuisine. Not only did it have no Thai food, the Indian food was some of the worst Ive had. The chicken was 90% bone and fat, and there was no other meat selection. Lastly the line was ridiculous and it took 15 minutes to get a single plate of food. Would not recommend.

$16.95 (without bev) is a pretty steep price for the sunday brunch buffet considering there is not a lot on the buffet - maybe 10 dishes plus a small salad and a couple desserts. what was there was good. the naan was very good as was the service. I wouldve given this 4 stars, except for the price. I wont be going back.

6:30pm on a Wednesday night it was 30 percent full, so my food came quite quickly. Portions were perfect, but Im not a glutton. Be careful w the vindalu, medium was damn spicey. Really love the bread oven, several herbs to choose from (onion, garlic, etc), friendly staff invited me to watch, but seen it before.

We travel about 40 mins to reach this place, to enjoy a better appetite. I would enjoy the food and the chef Karthik and Prasanna prepares with right spice level that sounds right for all. The courtesy by Sunil, Sebastian and Pradeep makes the visit excellent. Try Mulatwany soup, any Naan, etc.

Competitive quality versus the many other local Indian food options. Thai food menu feels glued on; this is an Indian food place first and foremost. Lunch buffet is not awful, but the day we went featured slow service and several mediocre dishes. Recommend coming here for dinner instead.

This is what I can Indian food. Nala has officially spoiled me and I compare it to others. The Lamb Biryani was amazing and I had leftovers for 3 days and it still tasted the same as I had it when I was their. The Naan was amazing and the Roti too. I love North Indian cuisine.

Recently we had been to Nala for Lunch Buffet, being vegeterian I have limited choice and more preference has been given Non Vegetarians. It is more pricy comparing to other restaurants. Definitely I wouldnt recommend for Vegetarians. $16 for Lunch is expensive.

I went to have buffet on Wednesday at 2pm by seeing that they are open until 2:30pm and guys closed the door in my face, saying its closed. Anyway food is very pricy when compared to other restaurants near by. Will never stop here

The quality of food and service have both deteriorated over the last year. It looks like now that they have a good customer base, they dont care anymore. Used to be a great restaurant, now it has become another mediocre one.

We live 45 mins away but been to this place about 10 times and every time we enjoy the food and service. We always go in group of 4 to 8 and everybody have the same feelings. I highly recommend this place.
