Dirty dishes, sticky floor and more... Short Version: Inside appearance: 4 out of 10 Hygiene: 3 out of 10 Food Quality: 5 out of 10 Attitude of the manager: 8 out of 10 Long Version: I went here for weekend lunch buffet with family. First impression is so bad. I see many issues with the place including overall arrangement and food quality. The only best thing i found there was that owner (the guy behind the counter) was super polite and kind of considerate for customer feedback. I support and want local businesses to improve and provide better customer satisfaction. For the owner and curious people: Here is my feedback: Problem 1: The floor was super sticky all over. I guess they did not clean it with wet cleaner for at least a couple of weeks. Solution: Use pine sol or equivalent water soluble solution and clean the floor every night after business hours. Problem 2: The dishes and food tables are kept right inside the main entrance door. no wonder the plates were super dusty Solution: change the location of the food table, Keep them away from the main entrance door. Problem 3: Spoons and Dishes were dirty (not only dusty but dirty too). I shown that to the manager and he took them inside and brought a cleaner ones. Solution: Train your kitchen boys the quality control on hygiene aspect. Spoons and Dishes can not have dirt from previous use. They need to be cleaned with microfiber towels after coming out of dish washer. Problem 4: There was a fungus/wet dust smell inside. Solution: I think that was from the sticky floors. Besides, they need to start using better air fresheners. Problem 5: Food quality was all over the places. The Goat Curry and Chicken Curry was tasty and well made. But the chicken Tikka was gone too dry, the rice in curd rice was not fully cooked but the rice from Chicken Biryani was cooked very well. Solution: The quality control needs to be established on the food quality. Problem 6: We took the buffet food and then we were waiting for nearly 10 mins for the rotis to arrive. Solution: You need to focus on customer tables and their needs keenly. You cant make customer make so long for their rotis while they took their buffet dishes. Problem 7: Dessert was split on 2 corners of the 2 separate tables. Why? Solution: You need to organize the food on tables better. Given a though on logical aspect. Its not complicated Problem 8: Toilet was not clean, poor lightening, no soap and no paper towels. There were a few paper napkins kept on top of the paper towel bin. Solution: First improve the hygiene of toilets. Make better lightening. You need to have someone check toilets every 30 mins during business hours and ensure the supplies are available. Keep air fresheners. Problem 9: People dont mind spending money for the service and quality they receive. I was shocked to see at the end that their buffet was $14.99 + tax. Thats waaayyyy too much for Indian buffet. I have had much superior quality food for $11.99 in same neighborhood and Indian Restaurants in Delaware. Solution: Please revisit your pricing and compare with nearby places, then also consider the above issues and quality. Problem 10: Honesty. I had a buffet for 3 people. The bill was $47.67. I gave $100 cash and I was supposed to get back $52.33. The owner was inside and a waiter was at the counter. He gave me a receipt with $52 back. No justification provided for returning less money than I was supposed to get. I called for manager and showed it. Then the boy said he did not find change in the money box. Solution: There are legal implications if this would have happened with another american. Please be careful. This is not India and this is not legal in this country. Please training your staff while exchanging transactions with customers. Its important part of your business. I hope he owner appreciate me taking time to write this detailed feedback and improve upon his business for better customer service.

I was in the area and craving some Indian food, so I yelped some good places and stumbled upon this little gem. This place is awesome. Not only do they boast a delicious buffet, but the buffet is reasonably priced, The meat is always tender and juicy and the veggies are never linp or soggy. The food is top-notch in terms of quality and freshness. Their selections are somewhat typical with their Masalas, Biryani and Typical Hyderabadi Desserts but hot damn were they delicious. The food was extremely flavorful, just the right amount of spice, and they bring hot naan out to your table. I havent even had my morning cup of coffee and yet Im already craving this place. Great and attentive service, awesome dining environment. Not the cheapest Indian food option around, but come here if you are not only looking for good food but also an overall pleasant dining experience. I enjoyed their Dum Biryani, Double-Ka-Meetha, Paneer Tikka Kebab. I have a sweet tooth, and I believe they had deserts and lassi as part of the buffet which gave me a great impression. I really dont know how to describe this place enough to make you want to go, but I can tell you, if you dont go, you dont know what youre missing out on!

Staff not very knowledgeable about getting food to the table. Orsered Idly we had to ask for sammbar, although it suppose to come together. Same issue with main entree, it comes with rice but the staff never brought it out, again had to get up find staff to get rice to our table. Very uncomfortable situation for trying to eat dinner. Food quality was ok, chicken Malie kabob was not best quality, not much flavor... We are always up for giving a place a second chance, this place really needs to step it up. Its not run like a quality restaurant nor is the food quality up to par...

Best chicken makhani in the area. Great spice and didnt taste like six cups of honey were poured in. Goat hyderabadi was also delicious. Portions were generous and the price cant be beaten. We ordered takeout so I cant comment as to dining in, but its easily the best Indian Ive had since moving here and probably the most expansive menu. Obviously I cant comment as to authenticity either, but to all my fellow non-Indians: this is likely what you are used to and expect when it comes to eating Indian in the US.

Horrible experience, ordered poori that cannot be teared and eat as its too hard. Chicken Biryani boneless is like not even get into mouth as the chicken pieces straight forward appeared to be for chicken 65 and they are hard to consume. Gravy is one more worst thing I ever tasted till date across USA or India. I would surely do not recommend any of my friends, well wishers or even Everyone to be cautiously take step in and think twice before consuming.

Snacks like idly, dosa and uttapam were awesome. Ginger and onion chutney were awesome while the peanut chutney did alright. Does have Best biryani taste compared with restaurants around exton. Paneer butter masala wasnt great though. Sat lunch buffet was interesting and had a lot of options for vegetarians. Staff are courteous and welcoming. Yet to try Indo Chinese and the dosa night. They do deliver but with a min of 40$ in and around exton.
