I was asked upon picking up my order to leave an honest review after eating... First, let me just say that the online menu and ordering system is fantastic. It even lets you choose specific halves of the pizza for various toppings. Any additional instructions for the food, you can leave a note. I was super pumped because I hate making phone calls due to the risk of misunderstanding or miscommunication. I ordered: a large pizza left half pepperoni, right half banana peppers 30 wings. flavors divided into thirds, as follows -- honey mustard, cranch, naked mac & cheese bites The pizza didnt really do anything for me. I loved that they didnt overdo it with the sauce. The cheese and toppings were wonderful... The crust just had a very plain, almost "leftover fridge pizza" taste to it. I enjoyed it and Id order it again, but like i said, it just didnt have that fresh crisp crust taste. The wings were incredible. I asked for them to be extra crispy and they certainly were. The honey mustard was on the sweeter side, as opposed to the spicier side like that of many of the competitors. I liked this change of pace, personally. The Cranch were packed full of flavor. Each bite had a balanced ranch and cajun taste, but also with a random burst of this spice or that... I couldnt have been happier. While not the least expensive wings in town, definitely up there in top preparation. The naked wings were just to save for leftovers without them getting soggy :P The mac n cheese bites were different than others ive had. They were much smaller... i feel a bit more bread than mac n cheese, but i liked that they were bite size... almost like "popcorn mac n cheese bites." These were perfect for my 2 year old daughter... in fact, she barely touched the pizza and wings. She just wanted "more carrots. more mac n cheese." The final thing, and honestly the most important... THEY HAD THE MOST INCREDIBLE ATTITUDES. Both individuals, a young lady and man, were very happy to serve and so grateful for the business. She even offered to help me carry it out to my car as to not risk squishing the pizza. To be honest, if they had a dine in section, id never do take out because Id much rather experience their refreshing and professional demeanor every chance I could. tl;dr: The pizzas crust needs a little work, but they are spot on with everything else and their customer service is a force not to be reckoned with. I will order from here again!

Nothing to write home about. I really wonder if the people on here raving are family or friends or something. Living in Pittsburgh for a few years, our family grew into pizza "snobs", only liking hand made pizzas vs. chains. We have our favorites in Erie, but thought wed try this place after getting a flyer in the mail. We got the pizza and wings deal and were charged extra for half and half pizza plus half and half wings. No big deal, though most places dont charge as much or for split wings, but whatever. The thing is our order came to $40 dollars for this after delivery, tip & taxes vs $10 less at our local favorite with Steel in its name for the same order. Ok, whatever but this food wasnt great in my opinion. My kids who devour pizza & wings barely ate it begged to be done after a few bites. The crust was ok but the sauce was terrible, almost burnt tasting. The wings were labeled wrong in the boxes and we got one of the split orders with the weong flavor, not to mention that order wasnt fully cooked. There were white juices all over them, they were super soggy and rubbery in texture and still slightly pink inside. Gross. Then to top it off delivery was estimated at 30-35 mins but we called back an hour later because it still wasnt here. In total our order took about an hour and 15 minutes which I find a bit rediculous being that were 10 blocks away. I get weekends can be busy and take awhile but atleast be truthful. Some places Ive called before say 45-hour during peak hours and you know what? Its nice to know. Im sorry I try to support local businesses but I wont be ordering again from here. Not worth the price for mediocre pizza and undercooked soggy wings.

So I have not even eaten here yet and im super impressed by there customer service. In the past 2 weeks I have tried to utilize their online ordering service only to be disappointed with a call back stating something went wrong and the order was canceled. I recieved a phone call (i did not call them) last night from a woman named Patricia who informed me that both times I tried to order, there online ordering service was experiencing technical difficulties and they were calling to apologize. Patricia stated that in an attempt to keep me as a happy customer she would like to offer me the opportunity to call at any time and have my entire order delivered for free. I have worked as a General Manager for both Papa Johns and Pizza Hut and its not common practice to give anything away for free especially without a complaint. Booies Pizza didnt hesitate to right theyre wrong, Id like to commend you for showing some real customer service and genuinely caring about your customers. Now I hope the food is as good as the service. Maybe Ill find out tonight. ...lol. THANKS BOOIES!!!

This is the first time Ive had Pizza from Booies. Your pies are very good from the quality toppings used to include the crust! I would totally recommend your parlor to my family and friends on the West Side! Online Ordering was easy and the confirmation email/ information of prospective delivery time was sent fast. The delivery driver was very polite, and the pies arrived 15 minutes ahead of the prospective time listed in the email! Keep on Rocking with some excellent pies on Eries West Side!!!
