BEST ITALIAN PIZZA SHOP IN LANCASTER COUNTY!!! I have been to tons of non-chain pizza shops/restaurants in the area and no one beats Two Cousins in Ephrata! The service gets a more than perfect rating. We pick up food at least once a week and in the entire 3 years we have been going there, our food order has always been perfect (NEVER any mistakes). The staff is extremely courteous and friendly and always a joy to talk with. The food is superior to anything else around and the ingredients they use to make their sandwiches, pizza, stromboli, subs, and salads etc is of very high quality. Definitely the best Italian restaurant around. A very affordable, relaxing, and nice environment to take your family. I recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for Italian food as this is a place that is run with a high level of class and precision!!

Kinda upsetting. They had a sign that said "Gourmet Pizza, 2 sliced and a drink 7.99$" and it had a picture of pizza with toppings and all that stuff. Thats cool right? Well I ordered it and asked for pepperoni. The guy comes out with the plate and its plain. Ah well, people make mistakes it happens, I get that everyones human. Then someone else comes out with the pizza with pepperoni and tells us that it will be 80 more cents for the topping. Really....? You messed up the order, have a picture of something with a ton of toppings being advertised, then have the balls to stand there and argue about 80 cents? Seriously man? Thats just not right. Honestly the pizza was pretty delicious though, so I cant really complain there. Thats why I give it a two star rating, good food, bad customer interaction.

We are regular customers at this Two Cousins location, ordering at least once a week. The food is excellent. Their pizza and stromboli is the best around, and we also love their salads. Our order is always perfect and ready when we pick it up. Take out couldnt be easier. They have a drive up window so you dont even have to leave the car. This is great in bad weather or if you have small children with you. If you chose to eat in the restaurant, the service is fantastic. The staff is friendly and helpful. A great experience and we highly recommend this restaurant.

Two Cousins makes the best pizza, it is fresh and right out of the oven. There is no pizza around to compare it to; with the soft, fluffy crust to the fresh cut toppings. There pastas are also amazing that come with a wonderful fresh salad and delicious garlic bread. The servers are friendly and they treat you like family. Whenever we want to go out for something we typically end up at the best place there is: Two Cousins!

Did not honor their own coupon 100%, only partially, because their prices went up. Who ever heard of this practice?? How do they get away w this? I like their pizza, but not that kind of treatment, especially since they charge plenty for their food anyway. Beware if you are looking to reduce your meal price with their coupons!

What a great place!!! We had a meeting nearby with 18 people and I went in ahead of time and got menus. We all ordered ahead of time and when we arrived the tables were set and the food on its way out. Excellent food! Courteous service and a job well done!! We will use them again next time.

Was their last year .I ordered a lot of food .when I was waiting for my food I saw 2 roaches run a cross the floor. I cancelled the order and walked out never to go back .I told the guy behind the counter before I left and it was like I said nothing ...rather eat out of a trash can

Love this place! I get in here often and appreciate the friendly staff. The strombolis are the best Ive ever had (their crust is amazing), while the rest of their menu items resemble a typical Italian restaurant/pizza shop. Great fresh food - perfect for lunch meetings!

Great food, great service, great portions for the money. My wife and I eat here about once a week since we live near by and we are never disappointed with anything and if we put an order in for pickup and they say 15 minutes its usually ready in 10.

We walked in to the shop and were immediately greeted by someone at the front whom was cold and rude. When the food was delivered to the table and we were never checked up on again. The worst service I ever received.
