I have to confess, my wife and stopped going to this restaurant a few years ago. We had some disappointing experiences there. In the past few months, we decided to give them a try. It was a convenient place to stop and it was close to us. We had a good experience. That experience led us back again, and we had another good experience. The service was excellent, and the food was VERY good. We shared the tuna sashimi appetizer. The tuna was prepared perfectly, it had a very nice sauce, and paired very nicely with the seaweed salad. My wife had the winter flatbread, she thought it was great. My kids had a burger, and chicken fingers. I tried both and they were also very good! I had the Hunters Pie, and it was awesome! There is an ok selection of beers, but they have a huge selection of specialty martinis and cocktails. I had a dirty martini that was very good, and my wife had some sort of fruity martini that was also good. Its off the beaten path, but this place is worth a visit.

i took my family to Valentines dinner last night and had a horrible experience. We had 2 waitresses, one was very loud and could be heard everywhere in the restaurant, the other soft spoken and very nice. The loud waitress brought out a tray of dinners and handed it to the table next to us. The dinners were ours not our neighboring table. The 3 people next to us looked a bit confused but started to eat. a few minutes later the loud waitress came to us a said the kitchen was backed up. 2 minutes after that the soft spoken waitress came over and said "did the other waitress tell you what happened with your dinners"? i said no, she then told us they were given to the people at the next table. So, we had 1 honest waitress and 1 dishonest one. I would have walked out without leaving a tip but felt one of them deserved to be tipped. Not once did a manager come to either of our tables to apologize. Thanks for ruining what should have been a nice Valentines dinner experience.

I have never made a review before but my after my experience here I would be remiss not to. We will never be back to this restaurant again. We were treated incredibly rude upon stepping foot in the front door by the bartender/hostess. The task of having to greet us and seat us seemed to be a huge problem for her and she was snapping at us for the entire 5 minutes we encountered her (this was a very slow Sunday night no one at the bar) I have never been so angry at a restaurant before, and we hadnt even been seated. Never before have we encountered such a bad attitude at a restaurant. We would have left but we had a gift card to use so we had to stay and suffer. We could have gone to chilis and spent less than half the price and been treated like human beings by the hostess...not to mention the atmosphere here is far from "fine dining." If you go to reflections beware of the bartender as she should not be dealing with the customers.

This was our first visit, with two other couples that have been here before. The menu was limited, because it was Valentines weekend. I had the crabcakes, and baked French onion soup. My wife had salmon. I found the food to be very tasty. The prices were a bit steep, but that was expected. The dinner went very well, until the bills were collected by the server (name withheld) One of our party had added ONLY a 15% tip to her bill. The server actually came back to our table to complain of it. We were all so uncomfortable and embarrassed by this, I believe it totally ruined our dinner. I have no plans to return here

Food was not high quality. My husband had beef tips sandwich: cubes of meat on Dru crusty sandwich loaf; a few tablespoons of juice dribbled over it. Two others in our group had the same sandwich and all were extremely hard and dry. I had the haddock. I used napkins to soak the grease up. Entrees are said to come with a salad, but apparently the fish doesnt because it has warm tasteless coleslaw (I asked our server why she didnt take my salad dressing choice and I was told this). Two others tried my slaw and said how terrible it was. The server was knowledgeable and kind.

I dont ever review Anything. But we will not be back to this restaurant. I ordered the filet mignon with "smashed" potatoes and broccoli. The filet was ok. Yes, just ok. But the potatoes were not only awful, but tasted rotten. Like they were soaked in old dish water. They were lumpy and soggy. When I told the server, she was unapologetic, and said she would talk to the chef. She came back out to take the plate away and asked if we would be ordering dessert. No apologies and no explanation. Also, no resolution. $70 subpar dinner for 2. Have had better meals at diners.

My first time there. I ordered the special which was seafood Alfredo with scallops, shrimp and crab. This plate was $25. There were about 4 mini shrimp, and if there were scallops, they were cut up, not whole. It was very good, but the lack of actual seafood was a disappointment considering the price of the dish. It was mediocre. Could have gotten the same thing at a chain restaurant for half the price. Also, due to construction, there is no main entrance so you have to use the side door, with no signs. We wont be back.

My wife and 2 friends of ours visited Reflections on open mike night and enjoyed our visit. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. We sat in a corner near the stage but outside the main room. You could talk without any trouble and the group that was playing did not interfere with our conversation. If you like liver, dont hesitate to order this up as it was very tender and extremely tasty. We surely will be returning very soon.

We took our family out on Aug 11 and none of the entrees were good. Four ordered soup to start with and no crackers or breads were given. Three of us ordered tenderloin tip sandwiches and looked naked. They were served with no sauce and the rolls were dry. The meat was dry and nothing was served with them except for chips & a pickle. The Reuben was nothing more than average. This was not my first but may be my last.

I meet here regularly with friends from out of town and we are never disappointed. We chose a variety of options each time and enjoy our choices. The steak is great, salads are inventive, and burgers are fun. There are goods wines by the glass and best of all we are not rushed through our meals. We have never considered moving our destination.

Wish I would have asked if they had a limited menu for mothers day...took a party of 15 and there was about 7 entrees to pick from for dinner, and all of them were very expensive. As in $25 for dry fried chicken. Several in my party only ordered soup or salad because the menu was so limited and expensive.

Reflections is a very nice setting that you can attend either in a suit and tie, or jeans. The ambiance can be highly classy. The service is also acceptable. However, the food is below average and the prices are offensive. I highly recommend asking for the light fare menu!
