The food was absolutely horrible. My hot chocolate was cold.. The sierra mist had no syrup and after we asked for another soda it took then 20 minutes to give it to us. The potato soup was not cooked throughly and the salad bar was not properly stocked. The bathrooms were not clean and had a horrible stench to them. When our food arrived they messed up my order (pork chops and baked beans) and gave me chicken tenders instead. When I finally received my pork chops they were very hard to eat and didnt have much flavor. My friends and I decided to try desert. My friend ordered rice pudding.. my other friend chocolate pudding and myself blackrasberry pie. The rice pudding tasted like it was sitting outside in the heat for days and my pie was very stale and nasty. The only thing good was the chocolate pudding. Also the prices are horrible... For pork chops. Ham steak and Blt.. With sodas and hot chocolate and also 2 puddings and pie it was $73.56. Seems pretty ridiculous to me

I love their ham, mashed potatoes, turkey, Mac and cheese... I also really love the fact that you get large portions. Even though I give it 5 stars, I do find that some of the waitresses can be a bit unfriendly at times and/or forgetful when it comes to getting orders straight. It isnt a huge problem in my book because it doesnt happen often, but I still enjoy having great service. Overall, I would definitely recommend this restaurant and I usually come in to eat at least once a week :)

My wife isnt a fan of diners; but, my boys and I love them. Willow Street is a true treat. You get a great deal of good diner-style food for your dollar; and, the staff and owners here are truly friendly. When we were there last, they were upgrading the decor all around. I cant wait to see this diner diamond in the rough shine like I know it can. If you like diner food, definitely stop in and give it a shot. The food and the service is well worth it.

Feels like a former Dennys inside, with whole pies for sale in the front case. But there is a little salad/soup bar that was fresh, not old greens. The menu is huge, and the food was good. We had ham and pork chops, and both were tasty, not fancy. Dinner was $10-12 for most items. The server was excellent and friendly. Will go back to try breakfast soon.

Love this Diner. Stayed at Doubletree and its a great hotel but food is expensive. My wife said lets try the diner across the street. And we are glad we did. Excellent atmosphere and service.Everyone nice. Great prices and food. Took our daughter to Dutch Wonderland but ate most of our meals here. Thanks Willow Street Diner...We will be back.

We stopped here for a late dinner and those of us who ate their food spent most of the night in the bathroom! The folks in our party who ate earlier and just had drinks were okay! Not the way to start our PA vacation! Would NOT recommend unless you want to take a risk!

In spite of being named a restaurant, this is a great neighborhood diner. Cant beat the breakfasts and lunches are really good too. Dinners are simple and good. Highly recommend giving it a try. Friendly, quick service is always on order here.

Wait staff attentive. However, cook staff did not pay attention to order. Staff removed cost from my bill but I did notgetwhat I wanted. Iced tea from a big. Food ok, nothing special. Could only eat part of ham as it was gricely.

On a wedding trip with a few other bus drivers we decided to check this diner out. The service was incredible and the food was delicious. I even got a great piece of cake to help me take this nap lol. A1 restaurant!

Had breakfast here. Traditional diner with a local crowd and generous portions. Food is fine, prices are very reasonable. The strongest coffee I have had at a restaurant. Strong coffee is good coffee. :)

We gathered for a brief family reunion late on a Sunday morning. Tessa was incredibly kind and efficient with our crowd of 15. The management were extremely accommodating and friendly. AND the food is GREAT!
