This place is poorly run with crummy service and a dim wit hostess. There is little space for the hoardes of people waiting for tables, and once seated (after an hours wait, standing), youre likely to be at a bar table with the hoardes pressed in all around you. Then another long wait for food that is underwhelming, at best. Parking is bad, too. I surmise that the only reason this place draws crowds is because there are so few options in the area that have a liquor license. Its definitely not worth the wait. Management should think about taking reservations. My gut feeling is that after the novelty wears off, this place will go down the tubes if they dont get their act together. We dine out every weekend but we wont be going back to White Swan anytime soon.

Sorry its taken a year to review, but we had no way previously to post one. My wife Lynn and I were regulars until about a year ago. We had developed a close relationship with Drew and some of his staff, and really enjoyed the atmosphere. We even had our own favorite table. Food quality was always good, service quality bumpy due to turnover. Then, for some unknown reason service and food started slipping, final straw was arriving for reservations to find our table taken and the staff not caring that we were not comfortable with the seating we were offered. To top it off, our food was mediocre at best. Drew and regular staff were not around, so we simply paid and left, havent been back since. Still disappointed after all this time. Denny Lambert

Brief as possible: Please note date- 7-21-13. Instant friendly greeting and seating. Immaculate Restrooms and Dining Area. Burgers, Fries, Wraps, Appetizers---all hot, plentiful and tasty. BUT the fine evening was also due to the caring waitress who did not need to write down your orders, committing them to memory, "awesome"-- and always keeping you in her sight while waiting on other tables.Made me question if the waitresses were the owners as well. No relation to owners, first time there, and will return with family. "Thank You" for the pleasant experience.

My wife and I are regulars mainly on Wednesday wing night and always have great food. Wings are big and fried to your preference, mine is extra crispy with suicide sauce on the side. All of the staff are very friendly and the service is great and very accommodating. This is a great place to go as most of the patrons are friendly and there to have fun a some laughs.

Our overall experience was great. The crab dip appetizer was delicious and an ample portion for 2 to share. The crab cakes were to die for. No fillers! With 2 sides to choose from with the dinners, we had to take some home, which is something we rarely do. I would definitely recommend and we will be returning.

This is my go-to watering hole. Love trivia night on Tuesdays. OK beer selection, good food, great service. Kristen takes time to know all of the regulars and chat with them. If you go there often enough, she might let you name a drink! (Order an Eiffel Tower!)

My family and I dine here regularly. It is a great local pub type eatery. Wings are great and service is good. We have had GREAT meals and good meals. Still worth going back.
