Richards drive in in forks are not even related to the original Palmer township branch at all.....thats why their service and food quality sucks...so if you are thinking they are the same ...they are not and you can tell with their service and arrogance and how the treat their customers.....they are rood and very ignorant to the point that they hang up on customer when ever you point out their mistakes.....they should not be business at all.....its worth the drive to go to the one in Palmer township...better service and they care about their customer base......Maria pappas one of the daughters from the original owners would never stand by this attitude and disgrace

Best food ever. You want an amazing mouth watering cheese steak, gyro,dog or burger go to Richards in Forks township. Service is friendly and they always greet you with a smile. They even have indoor seating along with outdoor seating. The best thing is the one in forks has hard ice cream unlike the one in palmer. Dont get me wrong soft ice cream is good too but you cant beat Hersheys hard ice cream. And for that unless you feel like taking a drive all over kingdom come go to Richards in forks. The place is always kept clean and they care about there customers. So go to Richards in forks. You wont be sorry!

Food is fine and staff are friendly. Over the last several weeks when I ordered a large twist soft ice cream in a cone each time it was a mess. Each cone for a large it looks like a small size. Another time it was so tilted thought it was going to tip over and last night the ice cream was sticking so far over the top of the cone made a mess. Staff training is needed . I went to other places including Richards on Freemansburg Ave. and the portions were much larger for the same price and it was properly dispensed.

I fell in love with this place. You want a gyro done right? Come here. Want burgers, fries ice cream and a good time? Again.... come here. The owners are so nice. The environment is awesome. This place is perfect for any day of the week. I could go on and on but wouldnt you want to try how good the food is for yourself? Trust me, make this a place you visit.

Great customer service. Brought my 94 year old father- in- law in he wanted a banana split like when he was a teen in the 1930s. They went out of their way to bring in fresh bananas and loaded it with his choice of ice cream and all the toppings he could think to add. He throughly enjoyed every mouth full.

Richards Drive-in is the essence of small town charm that Forks exudes. With a sizable menu and friendly staff, Richards serves up delicious burgers, dogs, and fries as well as the BEST gyros in town. If you are looking for some great all-american food in Forks, there is no place better than Richards!

Good food and customer service, however we got our order to go and the cheesesteak sandwich was at the bottom of the bag opened and contents of the sandwich half in the bag rather in the sandwich. The cheese fries we ordered were so smushed that the cheese was mostly on the wrapper as well . :(
