I absolutely love Checkers, but the experience at this location is very unpleasant. Although I frequently eat at this location (and order the same exact thing) my order is always incorrect. The employees are typically not helpful and have even been rude at times. The wait time is also very inconsistent; on certain nights I have waited nearly 30 minutes for my order despite there being no line. On a few occasions, I have filled out the online survey which entitles you to a free sandwich of your choice from the Checkers location you reviewed, but the employees and manager here act as if they are annoyed when I ask to redeem the coupon. I would recommend management changes at this location and better training of employees in customer service.

This checkers is pretty bad. Almost all of the times I went there, they took a long time to take my order. Theyre mostly always rude and unprofessional. I went with another person and when we looked in our bags it looked like they just threw the items how ever they wanted. My sandwich was messed up and her apple pie was a half of apple pie.... This isnt the first time our items were messed up. There are some days when the items are fine but most days its a long wait for a simple order..

By far the worse place to eat! Dont go here and waste your hard earned money on poor serve with poor food quality to match. They were out of whatever was asked for, the soda was seltzer water, the bread and meat was stale, and they didnt give me the sandwich that I ordered. I cant understand how a business such as this one is still in business. The workers are simply tacky and GHETTO!! I would rate it a zero if I could although it deserves a negative 10.

The service sucks really bad cold n sloppy food! They need to fire n hire all new people...including mangers n supervisors...i wasnt going to write this review until i drove my way out there one late nite an it was closed before closing time so i drove up to the window n the employees was so ignorant and it look like they was throwing food around also others playing cards....! This place should b shutdown..!

Bad experience management horrible dont know how to talk to people couldnt get hot fries I hope they hire better management to get that place in order thats why we as black people needs to be more educated you go in the white neighborhood and get way more better service thats why their successful and we complain because they put ppl like them in position that dont know how to be professional

The managers have changed! The store is in much better condition. The speed of service in drive thru was excellent. They are polite and friendly now, before you could not hold a conversation. Now they speak with to you with great manner. Food was hot. I am surprised at the 1 year turn around.

Service could be a lot better!! They take way too long gave me the incorrect change 5 times in a row.......... and worst of all my cheeseburger was cold and missing ketchup. I wont ever go back here again. The manager was also rude! No customer service skills at all...

There is always some type of issue when I come to this Checkers. The staff are rude and they always seem to mess up my order. The microphone at the drive thru doesnt always work so we have to order at the window. Food was cold once. Its just always a bad experience.

Almost Every single time I go there I get absolutely horrible service. The fries are cold, the guys are flirting or the women have attitudes and are rude. Their management is even horrible. I only go because its convenient but I think Im done with their service.
