First time, they had 3 different prices in the drive-thru for the Tendercrisp value meal. The girl only acknowledged two. I left and went to the Burger King farther down the street where there ws no conflict. Tonight, I gave them a second chance, this time one price. Stayed. Ordered. Paid. Got it home and the chicken smelled and tasted burnt. It wasnt. It had been cooked in scorched oil. I HATE this location. Its the absolute WORST of the 7 locations Ive been to in 4 states (TX, NC, SC, and PA) in the past month.

havent been here in over two years and I see nothing has changed especially during daytime hours. under staffed... tried the Drive thru, then went inside to a long line and one cashier. Watching a lady just separate cheese in front of me and not helping out was not a good look either. I just walked out and went to another restaurant ( however at night, I have always received fast and great service)

How is this place still making a profit. Good workers but i never see patrons in or at drive through. Its outdated and really needs upgrades. The mens room is in need of help.

This BK was always bad, actually had a good eat in experience this time, was clean and easy to manage with my special needs daughter. Employees were courteous.
