First time for lunch was a real treat! Went back later that week on a busy Friday evening. Young waitress was nice enough but the sequence that our order was all mixed up. The naan that we order to accompany the main course came before the appetizer. The curry that we thought was so amazing when we were there for lunch tasted watered down, tomatoey, and lacked any richness - more like a can of peppery tomato sauce. In addition, because we waited so long for the meal the disappointment was that much greater. When we told the server that we were unhappy, the owner came over, ranted that they owned other restaurants and that he had personally cooked the meal himself. Given that he was so irate, I was afraid to tell him to have left the chef to cook our dinner! We barely touched our meal so the owner waived the bill. It was a total was of time that evening for dinner. At least I had a nice single scoop ice cream cone down the street which substituted for my missed dinner. Urrrggggg.

Overpriced but ok tasting food. The real problem is that there is a group of about 12 "regulars" - they come as a group and are insanely loud. Think stadium screaming fan loud. I was sitting at the opposite end of the room and could not have a conversation over the cackling. I ask the owner to speak to them but she refused saying "they are regulars". After we left the other owner came over and apologized but insisted he could do nothing - I pointed out that he COULD talk to them - but he also refused. Well I hope those 12 customers keep the business alive, because a loud obnoxious atmosphere and overpriced mediocre food probably wont keep them around long.

Food was amazing. Stoped in didnt know it was an Indian restaurant and it smelled amazing. Walked away only because we had reservations across the street and wanted drinks at another bar before hand. Went for drinks but ditched are reservations to try out the food here. The dishes were delicious compaired to the last few Indian restaurants we went to. Priced well. Atmosphere warm and inviting. Service superb. Will return in hopes quality dose not change.

Yes the food is absolutely delicious. In my opinion the best in our area by far. The sauces are rich, the atmosphere is elegant and the service is wonderful. However, like others have said, the portions are very small. But whenever we go, we cannot help but rave about the food - while were eating - and it is why we go back, knowing this restaurant offers decadent, Indian sauces we cannot get anywhere else. Despite the prices.

The food was good and the waiter was very friendly but I must say that the racist guy sitting behind us left a bad taste in my mouth which will result my daughter and I from dining here again... I here this guy is a regular customer so for this reason I will choose not to dine here again some people are just disgusting and such bigots... I want to be able to go to an establishment and eat dinner in peace.

Beautiful food, service and prices at Cross Culture. A great place for a cozy, conversational & gluten-free lunch with a luvvie and we loved it - I had Chicken Tikka Masala and Papadam and he had Navaratan Korma and Naan. The waiter informed us all items on their menu are gluten-free with the exception of Malai Kofta. The final bill was $22 for all. Well be back again, and well bring friends!

I went in to place a take our order and waited at the counter for a good 5 minutes before an employee came out. The waitress apologized and noticed I was a bit upset at having to wait so long. When the food came however, it was a decent amount and tasted amazing. Eating in is probably a different experience. Overall it was ok

Very overpriced... Outside of Manhattan, $18 for Chicken Tikka Masala is absurd. Mulligatawny soup was very watery, and quite bland. Daal Makhani lacked spices... Only quality dish was the garlic naan. Ive been waiting for years for an Indian restaurant in the New Hope / Lambertville area. What a disappointment!

One of our favorite "go to" places when we want a great Indian meal. The porch outside offers great people watching and view of downtown Doylestown during nice weather. Service is great. My only complaint, we have eaten there so much we have gone thru almost the entire menu....please add a view more dishes!

Very disrespectful manager. Awful service. He will coming to your table bragging about his business if you complain about his service. He gave us 10 minutes lecture and ruined our afternoon. Waste of money. First and last time to take my family to Indian restaurant.

This may be the best Indian food I have ever had. I am a varied eater and had my share of Indian. This is absolutely authentic, delicious, beautifully presented, and wait staff is versed as well. Wonderful owners, always on site, clean, superb! - Denise

Absolutely excellent service and food. I drink a lot of water and never once was my glass empty. I had no idea what to order and our waiter helped my decide and it was exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I dont know why this restaurant get below 4. I think the food is great! Especially the Korma, the grill is good too. The service is Ok. I should give the service 4 stars. The setting is good especially outside on the pavilion.

The customer service was terrible! We were told that lunch was until 3:00 pm and then we arrived it ended at 2:30 pm. The whole experience put a bad taste in our mouth. I would recommend Amons in chalfont over this place.

there are not many indian places around the area, so this is the best around :) but in general it is very good. However it is on the pricier side and there is not a buffet for lunch or dinner.

This place has some great Indian food. Prices were great too. I would definitely recommend it if youre in the area. Its a bit small so make reservations on the weekends. The BYOB is a plus.

I think the quality of the food has deteriorated, also used to be a great place for takeout but seems to just be salty most times

This is gourmet Indian food. The atmosphere is cozy inside and you can eat outside if you choose. The service is excellent!

Too spicy for me but waiter was friendly and kind. Less variety here. Amaan bistro in Chalfont is better.
